I have been receiving numerous sms regarding fines at the same spot all the time. This is incorrect billing as I have disputed these fines. I have checked with both Pay City and AARTO and there are no fines against my name. What is going on with this system?

Good Day I was at checkers at Bay west mall in port elizabeth to buy food. There was a guy before me being attended to so I patiently waited for my turn. Once the lady was done helping the guy before me, she then decided to assist her colleague who came after me. I was so annoyed because she didnt even bother to ask me if its ok. She probably thinks have nothing else to do other than chill there the whole time. You can even check footage if you wish, it was around 16:30, I just left without buying. Your employees has no customers including the guy that was being served from checkers brcause he should have known its wrong.
Today I woke up to zero funds in my account because Capitec decided to suspend my account because they suspect *****. They didn't call, they just felt like no lets suspend this account. After calling all morning with no assistance I decided to go the bank to get my money back. The branch couldn't help me because everyone has got to go through the ***** department that never answers any emails. Even the consultants are frustrated. I have decided to switch banks after this incident because clearly they do not care about their clients. Imagine the date is the 3rd and you have to borrow money from people to get to work because Capitec takes their clients money. Anyone reading this, do not make this bank your main bank account. They are the ****mers!!
Until this day, they still cannot tell me when will they process my money. What's new now is that they blaming SARS, they haven't returned the money yet when I called SARS the money was long sent to NMG. Pathetic service Last resort now is to send a complaint to the provident fund adjudicator. Perhaps they will have answers there.
This is so irritating, even after they responded to my complaint nobody has bothered to reach out. What is so hard in updating a member when their money will be paid out? To show that, they doing absolutely nothing to assist, they will not even give you a reference number. The worst company ever. I feel sorry for those beneficiaries. They won't get a cent.
I have been trying to call this find since the 8th of September 2024 and I have send numerous emails in which they have said they will respond within 24hours but till this day no one has responded. Calling is hopeless, you are truly luckybif you get though. What is so difficult updating claims to a member? I receive 2 pot update sojething I didn't even apply for but when I will receive my provident payout, and why have I not received updated statement that you will not get any response. One has to wonder if our beneficiaries will ever be paid whats due to them if the actual member is struggling to get assistance.
I referred a friend to join cartrack and I was promised 4 months break on my installments. I've called so many times but until this day money is being deducted on my account. It is empty promises everytime that I will be contacted soon by accounts but dololo. It's the 25th today and they so quick to deduct. Why don't you just tell clients the truth for once
I have used Capitec Bank for as long as I can remember but I am appauled of the service I just received from this bank. On Wednesday the 2nd of November 2022 I bought data at around 22:30 at night through their app. I did not receive the data but the money was deducted from my account. I called the customer care number and the consultant said that the money went through to MTN. I called MTN and they told me that the money is not reflecting on their side. I called Capitec again and I was told to wait for 24hrs. On Thursday the 3rd of November I wrote a WhatsApp to Capitec and a Consultant named Dineo said she is aware of the issue and said I should wait for 1 more hour and the money should be in. I told her that I do not have airtime to call therefore to ensure that everything is done. I woke up this morning and I have not been credited. I whatsapp Capitec again and Sethu says I must wait another 24hrs as this was not escalated. I immediately lost it because nobody seems to care enough at Capitec. I am constantly calling them but I get no joy in getting my refund back. I called the call centre again and asked what is going on and they told me they will only escalate the matter now. The consultant that was initially busy with this issue was K Selopyane. When I reported this matter to complaints department they sang same story you will have to wait for another 24hours. This is a joke so now it becomes my problem that people do not do their jobs and these investagations are done at my expense. Ive lost so much money calling these consultants and have received no help. This is unacceptable behaviour and makes me question if people actually know what they suppose to be doing. It is quite clear to me Capitec just scams people just like the thieves that they report to us to be aware of.
