Incorrect billing
I have been receiving numerous sms regarding fines at the same spot all the time. This is incorrect billing as I have disputed these fines. I have checked with both Pay City and AARTO and there are no fines against my name. What is going on with this system?

Incorrect billing

I paid my fines and no discount allowed , a few months back, you can imagine my disbelief when traffic department send me letters of the fines saying thay were halved. I asked and lady came back and said fines had been settled. Who gets the other half of monies paid. This is a **** . Asked to pay fiull amount , they claim discount 50% and this is ******* ,

PayMyFines takes your money for a fine but does not pay it to the authority
In December 2024 I have paid a traffic fine via the PayMyFines webpage and the money was deducted from my credit card a day later. However, I keep getting notices from the authorities that this fine remains unpaid and despite numerous follow-ups with PayMyFines, the matter remains unresolved. PayMyFines takes your money for a fine but does not pay it to the authority

Happy client. Sorted out our dilemma.
A friend phoned me in a panic. He flew to CPT and upon arrival at the car rental place he realized his drivers had expired. So he went to renew it and was told, you have a warrant for an outstanding fine as well as 2 others. He was attending a lecture for a few days and was not able to handle matters himself and called on my help too assist. I finally for hold of a person on the number they had given him and they gave me this companies web page. And there was everything I needed. I paid everything and told him to hold on a few days for it to reflect on Natis. He called the number again and they picked up the payment and sorted it out immediately. 4 days layer he has his temp license and is able to fly and rent a car at his next destination. Thank you so much as well as assisting me with my login question.

Refund never received for duplicate transaction - do not pay fines via this company
After requesting a refund at the start of September due to payment made in duplicate due to their system, no refund has been received mid October. Various emails stating the refund will be processed has been received, all to no avail. I was sent refund forms, already completed with another person's full details - this is an infringement of the POPI Act. Horrible experience, avoid paying any traffic fines via this company.
