I paid my fines and no discount allowed , a few months back, you can imagine my disbelief when traffic department send me letters of the fines saying thay were halved. I asked and lady came back and said fines had been settled. Who gets the other half of monies paid. This is a **** . Asked to pay fiull amount , they claim discount 50% and this is ******* ,
