I went to the store at Soshanguve Crossing to refund a layby I was told to cancel it they will deduct 1% and they can't give me cash I would have to buy an item in the store with the money, this was my first and last time doing a layby with them their rules are obscured they good at taking money but can't refund if you no longer want their product, I have never come across a store that does not refund items, you are forced to take their items even if you ko longer want them.
I am firstly heavily pregnant, send my router to mtn to repair it took almost 3 months instead of 2 weeks, came back yesterday and still not working, spoke to the supervisor he said it will have to be resend again, am thinking to cancel their contract and take things the legal route, I needed it for December as I am suppose to work from home and heavily pregnant because of their incompetence I will have to get another router from another service provided, am disspappointed.
My experience with Telkom has been the worst, I have Been send 3 law firms to do collections on an account I had with them were I was billed for services I never used as the item was fault3from day one, till today they still billing the account and the amount is going up every year, they did nothing what's so ever when my lawyers contacted them to get a demand letter for the account to be cleared and closed but they are quick to hand the account to new lawyers every year, the last one saw that the matter was handled unfairly and they could not continue with the matter instead of clearing and cancelling it they use another law firm to do collections
I am not happy with the way telkom deals wit their clients, I got an email about 2 months back from apparently their lawyers saying they have blacklisted me and taken the matter further with regards to a telkom line I had opened in 2017,which I was billed for until 2019 even thought it was not working, it had no network coverage, I could not make or receive calls from that number but I kept on been billed even after I canceled it. I took the matter to my lawyers which requested a settlement letter from them, as per my customer rights I was not at fault and I should not have been billed, after I forwarded their lawyers the communication between my lawyers and telkom their lawyers refused to continue with the case as they saw that telkom was at fault.
I am not happy with vodacom, I had a contract with them which was handed over to their lawyers. I completed the payment in July 2020 received a paid up letter from the lawyers. Vodacom consultant told me that the account will be updated and cleared on credit bureou within 21 days which has not happened until today 29 September 2020,the account is blocking me from getting any credit as it still appears as if I am still owing them when I am not and MA being seen as a bad payer on my credit report.
I have a problem with Vodacome shake promotion, since it started in October 2019,when participating they send us codes that we have been put in a draw to win holidays, money and Audi A3 cars, I have not seen or heard about anyone being announced winning the draw for any of those prices mentioned, I feel that they giving us false advertising, I am not happy about this at all, it's also giving us false hope as customers. I am considering to consult this matter with ICASA
