Exchange not allowed
After taking out my kids layby I realised that one of the pants don't fit so I went back to power clothing in kagiso Mall to exchange for a bigger size only to find out they don't have the same pants so I took a Jean for him. I asked my daughter to return the jeans because my son don't like those pants. Only to be told we already exchanged so we are not allowed to change again. There slip doesn't display how many times you can change even if you read there terms and conditions these nothing about this. I've sent an email and still haven't received a response.

Poor refund policy only benefits the store
I went to the store at Soshanguve Crossing to refund a layby I was told to cancel it they will deduct 1% and they can't give me cash I would have to buy an item in the store with the money, this was my first and last time doing a layby with them their rules are obscured they good at taking money but can't refund if you no longer want their product, I have never come across a store that does not refund items, you are forced to take their items even if you ko longer want them.

RUDE STAFF
I went to power clothing shop in meadowlands point soweto I always buy there everytime when you go there around 5pm they closed most of the aile you can pass because they are cleaning them I decided to jump out of the blue the staff asked me how did I pass I told her I jump then she started shouting at me telling me if I don't see that she's cleaning first of all they should have put the sign the for us not to jump secondly they are putting our life as risk as per health and safety rules what ****es me off the branch manager never said a word instead when I asked for branch manager she was apologising onbehalf of her while your staff was still shouting telling me that I must not come to the shop with my stress

Music too loud
The store is Bizana , The noise that they make is really unbearable. I work at a near by shop and I can’t even hear myself thinking or interacting with my clients . We have complained several times but no action taken ...Kindly please lower The volume of your music it’s too loud ,I feel like in a club while at work ...

i went to the power clothing store last week and i was given a very very bad service by one of the cashier,she was rude and not helpful at all,only when she saw me taking of her its only when she wanted to help.....poor service really.
