Good evening, I ordered a meal through Mr Delivery tonight, please se order attached. I received the order and open the packages and I see that the ribs from the kiddies meal is missing. I call the branch and the lady puts the phone down in my ear. I take the packages and drive to the steers to see what is going on. She then asks me “Did you check the chips?” She then takes the chips which in a chips holder and lifts the packet up and shows me the ribs in the bottom of the chips packet…. A kiddies meal packaged like that??? She just then tells me there’s the ribs mam! Like it’s ok?! Please let me know if you would like pictures
Hi Toyota SA, can someone please come back to my request to start the process of getting a new car, after Toyota Cape Gate can not fix the problem with my petrol light? I have spoken numerous times with your customer support agents. And the lady said she will pass it on to the next team, this was on Monday. IT IS FRIDAY TODAY AND NO FEEDBAC****!!! Is this how you treat your new clients??? The problem is with your brand new car, which your service branch has NO IDEA how to fix and is speculation on how to fix. And now I don't get feedback from Toyota SA as well????????? VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED!!
