The communication is really bad. Calls are not returned. E-mails not responded to. The service I am getting has reach a very poor standard.
Terrible service. You call them to put you through a specific department then they just hang up. What service are they than offering. It happened on consecutive calls.
Once again is the service pathetic from this bank. Does not matter whomever they refer you to assist the results still the same. Their service just go the worst financial institution. Recently they wasted my time with an application as they know it is going to be a fruitless exercise.
I received notification to FICA. When I followed what to do it does not even allow one to do it. I then decided to call their global number but the service was not great. Nothing got solved. So much for their poor service. It is always a mission to do this process and assistance is not coming forth.
I submitted a motor warranty claim, send the requested information from the dealership and they still stating information is outstanding. It is not worth having such a policy with them if they do not intend honouring the claim. Time to cancel. Service is beyond bad. This to and from is a waste of time
The service is really pathetic. My allocated consultant do not respond timeous to emails. They do not direct you correctly. I do not see the relevance of paying a lot of money for a broken service.
Poor service. It appears that communication is absolutely bad. If they do call you back it is not at the agreed upon time. Then the information communicated is incorrect letting one believe that everything is in order. To think I pay a monthly fee for this kind of service.
I ordered something which never ended up by me. They totally deny responsibilty. I will never make use of this terrible service.
I had it with this group. They hassle one to sell their products. When you decide to subscribe to one if their offerings the service is the worst. They continue the same person call but the service provided is beyond frustrating. Time to reconsider doing business with them.
The services of PPS short term insurance are really bad. I used them previously and when I want to use them again they suddenly do not offer the type of insurance. They want additional business if I need to take out that specific insurance. How could things have changed less than a year. The person I spoke to made no sense at all.
