One of the worst insurers to deal with. They did absolutely everything possible to avoid paying out my 3rd party claim. After having attempted to refute liability by referring to the incident as an "act of God', they dragged the process on for 4 months. Eventually, they made a dismal offer in which they had sneakily calculated 'VAT' at 50%. Shame on you, ONE !!! I hope that HELL has a special place reserved right next to the Devil himself for such evil and cunning ******* as yourselves.
Well done to the Congella staff on their Professional and efficient service. They attended to my Renault Clio (a job that no one else was willing to tackle due to the advanced state of oil and water having mixed). Well done guys. Keep it up.
Would give a rating of 0 if I could. Expected a delivery of medication on 28 Nov 2023 (as per their sms), and I had thus waited at home the entire day to receive. No one phoned me nor did anyone ring the intercom system. Come 21h17, I get an email stating that I did not answer their phone call and they could not acquire access into the complex. (ABSOLUTE LIES) . They have the audacity to pass the buck onto me when they themselves have failed to honour their commitment. Will definitely not be using their services ever again.
Efficient and speedy service. Have purchased from them (online) on 2 occasions, and both of the shopping experiences were exceptional. Will definitely purchase from them again.
Purchased a Pair of Yamaha Speakers online on 30 November 2019 and paid immediately online using Payfast. No problem there. Order was processed and confirmation received. A whole month later, and no delivery. Emailed the company only to be told that they had no stock and were expecting stock early January 2020. By 24th of January, still no stock...so 'Ive requested a refund. To date, Im still being given the run around in trying to get my money back. Called in to Robyn who was very pleasant and said it was a Payfast issue. However, its now 3 weeks since I've requested for my refund. I have been emailing them every week, and now they have even stopped responding to me. Very disappointing service.
