Excellent Service
Well done to the Congella staff on their Professional and efficient service. They attended to my Renault Clio (a job that no one else was willing to tackle due to the advanced state of oil and water having mixed). Well done guys. Keep it up.

Pathetic service
Wish there was a 0 star review option for Silverton Radiators Talrad Engineering in Burgersfort. We first pend R50 000 to fix our vehicle with them. Then two months later same problem. Another R700 later it was "fixed". One month later same problem again. It was then indicated that the previous fix was "temporary". Now we had to tow the vehicle to them since it did not want to start and then pay another R3700 to "fix" it again. Really pathetic service that they give and I would never recommend them for anybody ever to use. Just a bunch of mechanics taking advantage of people

Good day I like to complain regarding this company no CLIENT SERVICE AND THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND TOOK MONEY FROM ME FOR A COME BACK ON MY JUKE RADIATOR FROM THE DAY I RECEIVED IT BACK FROM THEM THE RADIATOR WAS STILL LEAKING NEARLY 3 WEEKS LATER THEY DISCOVERED IT WAS THE THERMOSTATE, I REQUESTED ALL THE "PRESSURE TESTS" THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO SEND ME A MAIL OR CONTACT ME VIA MY PHONE SO I WILL NEVER EVER MAKE USE OF THEM AGAIN PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND SHOP AROUND FOR PEOPLE THAT STILL HAVE PRIDE IN THERE WORK

Silverton Radiators Edenvale
Silverton Radiators Edenvale are absolute SHARKS and USELESS!!!! Needed to replace the aircon plug, they claim it's the compressor and need the vehicle for the whole day. They refuse to sell me just the part, obviously it's their way of frauding you out of more money!!! Thanks to my mechanic who warned me against their tactics. Don't be a fool.... save your money. Rather try ASAP Automotive in 17 Plantation rd. Couldn't be more happier

Missing spare parts to radiator.
I personally handed my radiator to Klerksdorp branch for repairs. It was fitted with a manufacturer drainplug. When installing it I found the drainplug (an expensive and sc**** spare part on an excavator) to be replaced by a standard drain plug. The employees at this branch refused to admit losing my part and management decided to take their word above mine. Other than that, the leak was repaired.
