Terrible service, they Lie and just keep on lying. A month ago I made a purchase and a gew days later received a notification that my parcel was out for delivery. It never arrived. I emailed them and they never responded. I tried again and they asked for details which I gave them. They then, told me about the war in Iran/Israel which has nothing to do with my delivery, and I let it go. Got another delivery notification and still nothing. I then got a call from a delivery driver on aday I was out and I told him I was unavailable. Today I ctrack the parcel and how amazing that I seem to have somehow received it without my knowledge, and without even receiving a notification of delivery
This online application system is a horrible mess. Before online applications, we chose were our kids went to school, now we don’t have a choice. We don’t have time to prepare, we are always stressed when its time for applications. He started something that they couldn’t manage.
Had a consultation this morning with Daniel, he was professional and very good, loved the consult. Marilize was the booking agent, she was amazing as well as efficient, great team of professionals
MTN is horrible. They are scamming my sister. She bought a phone on contract and they delivered the wrong one. She called them twice and they never came to replace it. Now she has to pay same amount for a lesser phone. She's paying 3 times what the phone is worth but they don't care. They just bounce her from pillar to post cause it's all about making money for them and reaching targets.
So I received two amounts of money in my account, R110 and R150. Don't know from who or where. This money is quickly reversed within minutes so I went to a branch to see if they could tell me who was doing this. Lady was very nice and I found out my account had been stopped, for what reason she did not know. She asked me to bring an affidavit to have my account opened. So I get affidavit go to a branch and another lady tells me its all my fault that this is happening and my account will probably never be opened and will be investigated maybe for months. And the money in my account i will never get it if account is not opened. She asjme to go back to police station to bring case number, affidavit and certified copy of my ID. I do that and go back and find another lady who is nicer but tells me that I have to go and wait until investigation is over but I ask her about my money and she says I won't get it if Acc is not reopened. Capited is a fraud. They are taking peoples money accusing them of fraud yet they are the ones who really know whats happening
Have a contract with vodacom and been paying every month by debit order, now some rude consultant calls to tell me they didn't receive payment for August and I tell him I was debited on the 3rd but he's rude when I tell him my initial request was to be debited on the 7th. I send proof of payment after he tell me that if they don't receive that proof I will be debited 450 which is two months debits plus 100 penalty. But I send proof 20 times, call ten time and end august my bill is 625 which is funny cause this company is very fraudulent. STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM PLEÀSE.
