Placed a R3,900 order Wednesday 15 Oct for delivery Friday. I took a day leave to receive my order as I only get home at 6pm daily. TAL decided not to deliver and moved my delivery to Monday 20th. I phoned their call centre Friday afternoon and advised them I am not home during the week and requested Saturday delivery. Did not happen. Phoned Saturday twice. Phoned Sunday twice. Spoke to Skyler, Maxine, Mervin and Muhammad. I informed them if they insist on delivering Monday they need to do so after 6pm. Needless to say Monday came and went still no delivery. I cancelled my monthly subscription on Sunday as you pay for poor service. I have also now cancelled the order and requested a refund. Once I receive my refund I will close my account and delete the app off my phone. Well done TAL for loosing a regular Customer! I will rather make use of Makro, Leroy and Builders going forward. I can’t fault them on any deliveries to date.

How checkers Edenvale can you short supply my chicken and when I order minutes later do you pick the stock??? Order 170680942 short supply yet 170699115 you supply the same chicken? How?????
I went to Mannys to have a sandbox cupboard made for my cats. Something like a TV unit yet bigger. Two doors and an open piece in the middle. Had to fit into my bathroom’s existing cupboard doors. Wow was I happy with the result. Thanks guys my cats love it and mommy too.
Sent a 3rd request mail to FNB LOC today. 1st 20 Jun 2nd 9 Jul and still no response from them. Very poor service FNB. Should I rather move my business elsewhere?
Requested a pet insurance quote. Fast friendly agent assisted. Agent gave me a multi pet discount and thereafter reduced the quote. Happy client!
Absolutely terrible. They dimply do not answer phones ringing for 30 minutes nor respond on their WhatsApp line. My order from Temu is out a 3rd day in a row and still not received. You can not contact them at all. Poor poor poor service an no communication at all
Responsible spending? Completely irresponsible Disvovery. Your new reward system is outrageously focussing on irresponsible spending. Increasing weekly spend goals every week. Not reducing at all. Make a target and your goal is increased. Members like myself have the IPhone benefit and will never make your goals. Your staff can’t provide answers. I logged a call yet got no proper answer. How can you change rules in the middle of a contract?? I’ll rather use my FNB bank card going forward
Wow ordered a treadmill on Thursday 11 Feb and received it Sat 13 Feb. The driver and assistant was so friendly and carried the treadmill into the room I wanted. Great service
