I bought an Instant Pot from Hirsch’s mainly for the sous vide function. On three separate attempts, each lasting over three hours, the pot stayed on “Preheating” and never changed to “Sous Vide” mode. The water eventually reached boiling point, which clearly shows the temperature exceeded 100°C, yet the program still never activated correctly. I returned the pot to Hirsch’s, expecting either a replacement or refund. They refused because Instant Pot claimed the product tested fine. I was then asked to collect it. I was very reluctant, but I travelled to the store and insisted they test it in front of me before I accepted it back. The result? The exact same failure happened twice at the store while they were on a video call with Instant Pot support. Even after following all instructions, the pot remained stuck on “Preheating” and never switched to sous vide mode. Despite the unit failing three times at my home and twice in-store, Hirsch’s still refused to replace or refund it. I eventually told them to keep the pot because it is useless to me. This has been the worst experience I have had with a company. I am a pensioner and I feel I was treated very unfairly. I will not accept that pot back if they continue insisting there is nothing wrong with it.

My instant pot sous vede does not work after any attempts and trouble shooting. I returned the pot and its deep into the 3rd week I have not neen refunded. It takes 50 mins to test it. As per CPA laws hirches are breaking the law and it does not concern them. Don't buy from them their after sales is pathetic and excuses. They playing boss with my money and the CPA laws.
MG auto city heidelburg treated me and my wife badly. The manager has no empathy he is rather cruel. We were picked up to buy a car and when we rejected the offer due to what we seen in the condition of the car he left us stranded to find our way home. What kind of human does that.
I returned a instant pot where the sous vede function does not work. Its a week now and takes 40 mins to test. Hirchs dont care to get back to you to refund you for selling a product with a common fault. The sous vede function hardly works in most models. Its a ****. Its bad business practice.
I bought the instant pot pro and tried the sous vede . After three attempts the water stays on pre heat for over three hours. The recomemded waiting time is 20 to 40 minutes.. I sent it back. Its a week now and most of my e mails go unaddressed. On further investigation it seems to be a common problem. The sous vede in most models is misleading and does not work.. instant pot sous vede function on most pots is a lie.
Least concerned company after sales service. I called Medowdale and Mall of Africa to determine the problem on my instant pot. I sent e mails. I was promised to be contacted. No e mails were sent back no calls were returned from both branches. They speak exceptionally well on the phone and thats where it ends. Not gonna ever buy there again. I contacted the second branch hoping they would serve me better. Both branches dont care
I tried buying a car. The 1st day the salesman was suppose to come he never came. He than said he will come later he **** twice never pitched up. He advised his ceo called him. I receives a app reward for a 26 week streak. The app says I must claim the reward. My cl8b refered me to h/o I called them few times of promised to call me back on the reward. Its a few weeks and everyone at h/o lies. No one called me back This company are ****s and deceive you.
