Paid for not a service provided
I had a booking for garden care on the 1st of May. However, the Sweep Star got lost, had his phone battery flat and didn't show up. The service was deducted from my credit card, even after I sent an e-mail communicating this fact. I tried to called on the support number ***, but nobody took my call.1 reply

Delivery of wrong item - LiveStainable insist that I order an item that I didn't
I ordered an eurolux floodlight 50W. I received a different brand. When I requested the exchange I kept saying the item is exaclty the one that I ordered. Just difficult to get my order right, even after sending the invoice with the picture and name of the original item ordered. Do not recommend at all.0 replies

Delivery to the wrong address
I just received a call from a stranger at Cradock avenue where my order number *** was delivered. However, the driver didn't make an effort to call me on my cellphone and deliver to the right address. However, the delivery is marked delivered to the correct address in my account.
