Items ordered for delivery on specified day, confirmation message sent confirming items were out for delivery on that day. Plans made to ensure home occupied to accept delivery. Delivery did not take place due to "address not determined" - although confirmation clearly has correct address and we have received multiple deliveries to this address. Delivery now scheduled for several days after the original date and at a time when the items I ordered were needed for a camping trip and we are leaving the day before the items are said to arrive. To make matters worse, I CANNOT SPEAK TO PERSON TO ARRANGE TO PICK THE ITEMS UP OR FIX THIS!! Any form of customer assistance is via a chatbot or a link to frequently asked questionS.
Karel Van Der Walt from their Richmond branch in Cape Town provided exceptional service while I was looking at various cars. Whilst I was away and not able to look at cars in person, he took it upon himself to select various vehicles in their stock and provide all the information I requested to help with my choice. He even went back to a specific vehicle and did a small video tour of it to give me a more in-depth view of the vehicle. His efforts and dedication to my search are greatly appreciated and go a long way to being a great ambassador to his employer. Thank you.
Recently upgraded after being offered a very good deal, even though I was planning on switching to prepaid. After two months deal has been unilaterally changed and I'm now paying more than double the initial contract amount. Telephonic queries are met with vague assurances that it will be fixed but to date they are stalling, whilst still charging rediculous amounts. This is blatant fraud.
Absolutely incredible service from Telkom, from the initial call in to report a fibre fault to the lightning speed reaction of a polite technician who rectified the problem - all within a space of a couple of hours.

<p>Every single time I have a card delivered by CCD it's never efficient and very seldom on time. Every single time I sit waiting half the day, only to get the delivery long after it was promised and have never been contacted regarding delays or alternative arrangements. This is a bad reflection on the service providors who are trying to get my card to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I was sent an SMS to say delivery was between 8 and 10am. I arranged my entire day around that. At 10:30 am, after no delivery, I phoned to query this. The call centre agent said I they would contact the courier, after 10 min on hold I eventually hung up. There was no call back. I then called again an hour later, only to be told that it had been changed to delivery between 10 and 12 - WITHOUT EVEN BOTHERING TO CONTACT ME!!</p> <p> </p> <p>There must be another alternative to this useless and inconsiderate excuse for a courier company. With all the time they have forced me to waste, I would rather pick up my card myself - at least I can be garunteed not to let myself down - and even if I do, I'll be able to contact myslef to let me know what the hell is going on!!</p>
<p>I recently applied to upgrade my ADSL line to a fiber line. Upgrade was done but I am still being charged for ADSL line. After logging a dispute nothing was changed. I was told I had to wait 10 days before dispute would be escalated. After no feedback for two weeks I phoned again and was told that it had been settled - without notifying me. My next invoice showed that I am still paying for ADSL line. After numerous calls I then get told that I must submit an application to have the ADSL line cancelled. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is reduculous. How can I upgrade to a different internet service and then months later get told I must apply to cancel a service I do not use. </p> <p> </p> <p>Come on Telkom. </p>
<p>I was promised a free cordless phone with my new line installation, yet every time I go to collect it there is no stock. It's been three months now and still nothing. </p>
