I am receiving far too many calls from +27 031 055 0271 - True Caller has it as Centracom PTY LTD. for the past 5 days this company has called between 2 and 5 times a day. As soon as you answer there is silence on the caller's side. They kill the call as soon as you answer. I request that they stop calling me.
Called 0860 726 526 followed all prompts held on for 20 minutes before the call was answered, but the wait was worth it. the Consultant JJ was awesome.
We reported a fraud case at FNB Fraud Division early Dec 2022, with a police case number. All requested docs and papers has been forwarded to FNB. Its almost 2 months now and FNB is completely silent on the matter. My periodical attempts at communication with the case worker is being ignored. - 10 Dec - FNB acknowledge receipt of case and requests more docs. - 13 Dec - FNB acknowledges all docs has been received - 15 Dec - Police case no forwarded to FNB - 23 Jan - I asked for feedback There as been no communication from FNB Fraud Division since 15 Dec
I used the online app to change my banking details for the debit order. I have changed it a total of 3 times and as of, yet the debit order is still going off the wrong account. I received a call from a consultant, and they assured me that they will correct this but alas it hasn't been done and is still being debited off the wrong account. It's been 3 months trying to have this sorted out with no luck. Very unprofessional.
FNB Business online Service is extremely unprofessional. The background noise sounded like I called a playground where kids were having a party with alcohol. Very far removed from a professional financial institution. I couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line, all you hear is people screaming and laughing as if they at a house party.
From excellent service to no service at all. 10 days ago I submitted all docs in order to b verified and confirmed. As of yet Yoco has not done the necessary in order for our account to be identified with correct details, hence we are not receiving our pay outs. Don't bother communicating via WhatsApp nor the the chat on your profile as it goes as far as " we will connect you to a consultant" and then there is never a consultant at the other end. You can wait the whole day to be connected to a consultant.
