I m very disappointed with treatment I gt from Greyhound, on the 7th Jan 2020 i was in the bus from Melmoth to Springs Mall that my drop off after 19:10 just after 15min I noticed I left my Toiletry bag in parcel rack, I phoned immediately, the lady answered the phoned said she ll phone me back, Then she phoned saying my bag is not there may be someone from the bus stole it, imagine there was no bust stop after that 15min time, or maybe I left it somewhere before o gt in a bus, to my surprise because I was helped by driver with my stuff and who was the one put it on parcel rack. Since that day I ve phone them, email, write on Facebook every channel u can think off. The other guy called by Teboho told me it's my responsibility to find my bag, it's not theirs yes I know, in that bag there was my medication which m using since I'm pregnant, but still there is no help
