**** of a delivery company, they don’t even the decent to call a client if they are lost or cannot deliver parcel. On top of that the call centre number doesn’t work most times, you literally have to call the number several times before you can go through nor do they respond emails. I made an order from Daniel Wellington on the 29 November and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered, and when I call it’s one thing after another. At least have decent to do proper customer service
They actually do not deserve any star, that's how bad their customer service is. Order Pringle clothes on 28 December 2022 and I am still waiting even today, instead, the only thing I am getting is apologies on top of apologies and tracking numbers, whatever happened to make sure there is follow-up until the client receives their merchant :( on top of that they are using the worst Courier company called Aramex
First of all, there is no written disclaimer stipulation whatsoever Exchange and Refund policy for the Establishment and on top of that their proof of purchase is a bank terminal slip or package which is also not stipulated anywhere in the shop or has been advised by the shop attendance. Their prices fluctuate based on how good your negotiation skills are and even they cannot give you the same price for one product. Now I bought a cable with a guarantee that it is the best and should not give me problems, but guess what, within less than 48hours of purchase it stopped working so what do, I return it to the shop hoping for an exchange but only to be met by a Hostile own telling they will not exchange it if it does not have packaging even calling to the extend of calling Security on me ... what a horrific customer service
The recently uploaded payment system by EDCON is a total fail, they cannot tell Customers outstanding payments, if a payment doesn't go-through they have to call head office/ Support Center for clarity and they at the end, they take forever to respond to calls or understand, what the issue might be. Like you end up not being interested in doing any form of business with the Shop.
After my ordeal with the shop for almost 5 months with my Bed exchange dilemma, thanks to Chynell for following up on me and trying to make me a happy customer. Thank you :)
They're After-purchase customer service is spot on, after what I had experienced at UFO, they top the chart. They constantly keep following up on me as to how I find the product I purchased, any of the product I bought should the quality be questionable they are willing to replace without fuss, entering their premises you feel at home, everyone will constantly ask if you are still ok at all times.
