I’ll always recommend this branch. They always go out of their way to assist a customer. Excellent service from the ladies at reception, service centre, manager for service department and all the way up to the dealer principal. Keep it up!
I have been a loyal Renault customer for years, but my recent experience has exposed the brand for what it truly is: deceptive, *****ulent , and lacking all sense of customer responsibility. My vehicle warranty was valid until 5 March 2025. I submitted a claim on 28 February 2025 for a faulty headlamp—well within the warranty period. This issue had been ongoing, and the dealership had been in contact with the Motus Warranty Department to process the claim. What followed was a series of deliberate delays, back-and-forth communication, and zero urgency from renault head office. Once the warranty period expired, Motus conveniently declined the claim, despite the job card being opened on time. This was a calculated move to stall until the warranty lapsed and then dodge responsibility. This is *****ulent and unacceptable. Renault and Motus have shown complete disregard for their customers. They mislead buyers with promises of warranty protection, only to pull the rug out when it matters most. If you’re considering buying a Renault—don’t. You’ll be left frustrated, unheard, and out of pocket. Their warranty means nothing, and their customer service is non-existent.

I moved in my new house in December 2022. I have issues that i have been raising with these people since i moved in and no one ever takes you seriously. They keep sending you from pillar to post. The developer does not care once you have purchased the house. They are arrogant and do not care about you once you have purchased the house from them. They drag things out until the retention period is over so that you fix their pathetic workmanship out of your own pocket.
Worst service provider. I have been without internet for 3 days straight. Their internet is down 98% of the time. I have been calling none stop for the past 3 days and no one is even willing to assist. I don’t know how these people are allowed to continue extorting people.
Excellent service. The new ownership goes beyond what is expected. Fresh meat at very reasonable prices and you get it before the expected time of delivery.
I had a pothole claim with IUM. I provided all the required proof but the person who was assisting me with the claim was very arrogant, had no sense of urgency for my matter and just refused to respond to my emails. I had to send multiple emails before i could get a response. The person who was assisting me was CANDICE KUKARD. They took nearly 2 weeks to pay for a cheap tyre claim. I had to fix my own tyre since they were taking forever to respond to anything i sent. No one bothered to give me any updates, i had to constantly keep calling and emailing to get an update on anything.
This is unbelievable. Telkom listed me as DECEASED on a paid up account on ITC. This has caused a lot of stress to myself and my family. I have lost a lot of work hours trying to resolve this issue. To make matters worse, call center agents are arrogant and not taking this seriously!
These people robbed me off my provident fund payout. I needed a payout of R25 000 and had requested them to send me an IRP5 certificate from sars so that i could see how much i would be taxed. I was taxed around R4000 and then i expected my balance that would be paid out to be around R21 000. I instead received R12 000 from these people. What happened to the other 50% of my money?? This company is the worst and i am looking for legal assistance with this fraudulent action.
Both my claims have been attended to so fast and received the best assistance from a lady called Unathi Gobeni. I will insure all my products with King price.
