I don't understand how your estimate is around 1300 every month and your total balance the previous month is sitting on just over 20k and suddenly the next month it comes back and it jumps to 71k 😭😭😭😭. How did they get a calculation of 50k in a space of 1 month. This is not the first time. The last time it jumped with 9k from where it was and when I went to enquire about it, no one could give me answers. We are all trying to survive in this country as it is. We try to keep our bills up to date however they will find something to keep you behind. I'm really disappointed in the economy we live in. Our parents fought this fight and now we have to fight the same battle even after you try by all means. Even when you go to enquire at their offices, they will always say they don't know. And no one can give you an answer. They will just say it's the system. Well the system is really ****ed up especially for the new generation living in a country that so expensive. The problem is not paying the bill the problem is when they see your bill is low they look for reason to make it high so you become indebted to the country. Soon your water and lights will be off because of their stupid systems. This is so damn frustrating😤😤😤😤😤😤 They continue saying you're not the only one it's happened to. Okay so what is being done to fix it or will they just keep draining us when we're barely even managing our monthly expenses.......
I've been with king price for the past 4 years. And I must say I'm very happy with their services. The lady in retentions that assisted me on Saturday was so friendly. No hassles. I'm a very happy client. I wish I could remember her name but in general always dealing with king price consultants they always give the best service. I'm a very happy client😁
On the 7th of July I logged a claim with supersonic. I needed to get a quote for my airfibre dish. They made us get a case number and everything. 3 weeks later we are still waiting for this quotation. The service is pathetic because everytime you claim all they do is send you a new ticket number. All I want is a quote for the dish but seems like I'm gonna wait 3 more years spending my airtime calling them everyday for an update. Now you can't even cancel the stupid thing because there is a so called cancelation clause which can get you blacklisted🙄. Their Fibre is strong but their service is pathetic 🥴🥴🥴
I took out a cellphone insurance a few years ago. Never claimed until June 30th 2023. I was ****** on the 30th of June 2023. I reported it to the store in Trade Route mall and they ever explained the process. 2 or 3 weeks later I went to the store to find out how far the claim is but the lady says it takes 8 weeks. Which is another thing they don't tell you. I work insurance myself and this is a first I've heard of. Anyway I waited an went back to the store after the 8 weeks as I still didn't get feedback. The lady tried to find my claim and seems like my claim was never captured after 8 weeks. She promised to call me back the Monday after the weekend and it's a week later I am still waiting. I am using a old phone I can't even do much on. My whole life is uncomfortable since I don't have a phone but I'm paying insurance. Well I'm going to write a letter to the Ombudsman because I was supposed to get feedback within 14 days of submitting a claim. They are quick to take insurance premiums but they can't honor a claim. I am going to make sure they pay for my time wasted. We looking at 3 months now😡😡😡😡
I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Gorogang is a great employee and he provided me with excellent service in assisting with my policy. Big ups to him 👏🙌To more financial advisors like him🥂🥂
As a client it is within my legal right to cancel whenever I want to. However with Cell C that's not possible because they ask you to answer 5 questions they asked you when you joined and expect you to remember everything which I feel is extremely ridiculous. So since they know you won't remember all the answers they trick you and say if you don't answer correctly we can't cancel the contract so even if you get 4 out of 5 they still can't cancel. This is pathetic and such fraudulents need to be exposed. You can't force me to pay for something I don't want. Next I'm reporting this to the ombudsman!!!!!!
I have a funeral insurance for my mother at this place for years now. Everything was fine all along until 2 months ago when I tried paying at pep they kept saying they unable to process the payment. Few days I spoke to a consultant which required for my mom to be around aswell which was understandable. The agent said everything will be fine provided I pay R192 today the 25th of November 2025. This morning I tried paying as usual at pep and to my surprise the same response was given. Next they gonna say the policy lapsed when it's an error on their side. I probably have to go to their offices but yet again they will want my mother to be with as she is the person insured. Should my policy lapse,TBFS will bury my mother whether they like it or not because as far as I'm concerned it's not an error on my side but theirs
I have requested since the month of January for my details to be sent to the credit bureau. I have tried calling numerous times and everyone says they will take care of it and that I will receive a confirmation sms when my details have been sent. Like it's just a hassle for everything. They got their payment,took forever to send my paid up letter now I must beg again for someone to send my details to the credit bureau so it can be cleared. Can someone please do their job. Gosh!!!!
So cell c calls me on the 27th of December promising me a paid up letter(old song of theirs). I understand it was holidays but there were working days in between it's the 6th of January a new year and nothing had come through yet,guys please man this is getting ridiculous now,since November I've been promised a paid up letter it's a new year and still nothing. How long does it take to receive a paid up letter and get your name cleared. Let's do our jobs people. Someone is going to call me again and promise to send it but no deliverance.
