The worst ISP I have ever dealt with. NEVER use this wifi provider no matter where you are or what they say. They are useless! I have struggled for four days to get them to help with speed they messed up so badly images do not even load. This is a glorified whatsapp service - the only thing you are able to do on their network is send texts. They are useless, *********** and utterly unqualified. Also they lie to you for days saying technicians are on the way and they never pitch and nothing ever changes. Give your money to anyone except this ****! Also their business address is Pretoria but they cater almost exclusively to the Eastern Cape because they have a monopoly there and they are unchallenged and can do whatever they want. Where there are actual proper ISP's they're unheard of due to their shocking incompetence and them being a ****
I wish I could give a review lower than one. Simply put I would never voluntarily ever deal with this **** entity. Unfortunately I have a landlord who is a boomer so 8ve been forced to use Telkom internet for the past few months. This is because boomers trust the name Telkom and Telkim knows this so ****s them out of money without ever delivering a service. I've been without Internet every night this week. I have run out of data having to hotspot with my phone to get work done. I have used backwater ISP's in the Eastern Cape where they don't even have real roads and even there their network was better than telkom "internet". Whatever you do please NEVER EVER EVER get telkom anything. Telkom is a **** that fools boomers with a name they trust! Rather get Level 7 of Herotel or Web Africa or whatever other ISP you wanna get. But never EVER telkom! Trust me its not worth it
Literally, not figuratively the worst ISP I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. They were down over half the time and would have endless excuses for their issues. They hardly ever had power backup for loadshedding and their connection was unstable. We had outages and disconnections daily ****erally every day) for reasons that were almost never elaborated upon or explained and it was hand waved away as "thats how things are in the Eastern Cape". Comolaints were never given anything more than lip service and the Communications Person that eventually reached out to us was rude, abrasive, confrontational and sounded like he had been upset that anyone dared to actually expect a service that works more than 20% of thr time. Absolutely worthless, useless and disgusting. Bever ever get YPL installed anywhere under any circumstances at all. You will regret it
Had the worst experience I've ever had with any business at the Post Office at Ngebs Mall in Mthatha where my mom lives. The staff, particularly a guy named Sanele, was rude, abrasive, abusive beyond just being unhelpful and inefficient. He made my aged mom climb steps while him and a friend of his ran away from us and took the lift. He then proceeded to get very rude and abusive with me when I asked what his name was and said that I would like to lodge a complaint with his manager. When I got to speak to his manager she laughed at me all the time I was complaining and then proceeded to mock me for the reason I had gone to the Post Office. The experience was dehumanising and offensive and I have never been treated so badly by staff at amy place ever before. I decided to record their behaviour on my phone as well because I was taken aback by how brazenly offensive they were being. I dont know what else to say about this place or this experience
Placed an order with Mr D and I recieved a notification that their driver had arrived at the restaurant at 19:21. The driver proceeded to stand there and not move for the next half hour. I called the call centre where an agent told me they will look into it and no one ever came back to me. I called again the driver had now not moved for 45 minutes and I asked what was going on. The call centre saw on their system that an enquiry was made and they were unclear whether they had reached the driver or not. They then offered to cancel the order and refund me so I could place another order immediately. I got a cancellation notice but KP refund. When I called back a third call centre agent informed me that it could take anywhere from 24 hours to five days to be refunded. This is my third awful experience with Mr Delivery. I've previously had drunk belligerent drivers arriving over an hour late with a call full of people and loud music and other incredibly ride drivers
