Do not buy any bestway products if they are defective it is a mission to change, purchased a pool from Game N1 City and when we tried setting it up it seemed to have a whole in it, instead of exchanging it we where told to go home and fill the pool up take pictures come back to "Game" and fill out a form and thereafter someone will contact us, worst Service ever don't waste Your Money 😠😠😠
ASAP do not care who they higher to deliver, be careful peeps my wife was threathened by one of these drivers a few months ago I complained both on line and to the Manager at N1 City Store "BRADLEY" you would think customer safety would be a priority to Pick n Pay but apparently not as I placed a order for delivery today and the same driver turned up at our door, this was quite traumatic for my wife , Pick N Pay you will not get away with this again I will make sure of this 😡😡😡
ASAP is a Cool idea but they seriously need to screen their Drivers better, as my wife was nearly assulted by one while she was out with the kids (N1 City Store Goodwood Cape Town) she called me to tell me what happened so I went in to make the Manger "Bradley" Aware of this it was a no care sort of attitude from him , on top of this one the staff members informed my wife that this driver had been verbally abusive to a few other female customers and even to this staff member, this is not exceptable and will be taking the matter further. 😠😠😠
Please check Your medication when purchasing from Clicks N1 City, I recently went in to get some medication for my 13 year old son, the doctor had prescribed 75g and the pharmacist at clicks gave me the 100mg and stuck a 75mg sticker over the 100mg, my son had already take 4 tablets before the label started coming lose and he noticed it read 100mg, our doctor said the increased dosage could have caused a heart attack if he had taken anymore. 😡😡😡😡
If you are wanting anything sent overnight avoid these Guys, went in and requested a package be sent overnight (Small item) the address of the receiver was clearly printed on the box the guy behind the counter at "POSTNET N1 CITY "said no problem and charged me just over R 300.00, I sent this package on a Thursday morning the receiver received the package on Monday, I'm know genius but that's not overnight, and when I complained I was told it was the Courier company they use which is "Aramex" fault and that a investigation had to be done, I understood and when I received a reply it was that it was out of their control and that nothing can be done. My question is how can they blame "Aramex" when I paid them for overnight not Aramex a clear case of a service not be provided and the buck being passed not impressed at all 😡😡😡
I must say some of the worst customer service I have ever had, not that they where not friendly it just that this company has a total lack of issues with communication and honesty when it comes to thier customers, I ordered some whiskey for my husband waited about a week a called to find out when the delivery would happen I was told that they where out at my place the week before, which could not have been as I was home all day, anyway I was told it would be delivered the next day again no delivery, today I called the office in Cape Town and spoke to lady who I was told handled online orders who promised to call me back, this never happened and I still have not received delivery, If only thier service was as GOOD as thier advertising, I'm not impressed 😠😠😠
I bought a "YOCO" card machine as I had been getting a few requests from clients to pay by card, as there where only a few requests as most clients use EFT method I thought "YOCO" was the best choice after been told by a friend about it I looked into it and everything looked Good, so I proceeded and purched a Device, the registration went fine, its after I put the sales through, it's impossible to get Your Money paid out, the date on the App constantly changes for payout date, and when one tries to get hold of them it almost impossible, I would not recommend this to any small business, go with banks and pay the fees, as no small business can afford to wait for any amount of money owing to them, "YOCO" does not even give You interest on the Money they hold. ???
My worst experience ever was supposed to be easy to buy online , apparently it is there company policy not to negotiate the prices on their cars, but strangely enough this is exactly what they do when they come see you about selling your car and offer you way below what your vehicle is worth I personally experienced this when selling my BMW 1 series ended up getting R 77 000 more than the offer from them.

Good day I was at Your N1 City Store today at around 11:25 , at which once again certain customers are receiving special preference when it comes to standing in lines, once again today after standing in a long line a lady was allowed to jump the line and pay for her stuff as I was unpacking my stuff , I find this very unfair to people follow procedures and stand in the line. (Teller 1, MICHE), I have reported this to a manager before and they alway have some excuse.
