Waited for over 3 or 4 months for my medical claim. Delaying tactics and invasive information required.
Most horrific bank to ever deal with. ****mers. They refuse to give a company overdraft facility but have no problem charging you into an overdraft state. Disgusting bank.
Have laid claim for an in hospital procedure. Still waiting after 3 months! Giving us the run around and totally unreasonable. Even asking for the actual X rays and scans which surely is an invasion of privacy and the Popi act
Great product but very poor training and general after service.
There is no such thing as customer service or assistance. We have tried to get electricity at our new home for four months. We have called written letters and WhatsApp messages. We have been to eskom offices and turned away due to covid. Talk about lazy and incompetent.
Horrific experience with Absa. After years if banking with them poor service. Online applications had to be done two or three times. I'm sorry I moved to absa for business banking.
A horrific experience. I miss Selfmed and am so disappointed in Compcare service.
