I towed my car to Haval Randfontein on Thursday the 9th of April cause it was stuck on park mode and wouldn't switch into gear,we were told the car would be checked on that day to see what's wrong but till today the 13th of April the vehicle has not been touched.When asked they telling they can't move the car and don't know what to do. My question is so when you fail with the car ,you just keep it there until what ,a miracle happens !
I logged a call with Absa , advising them that money was taken out of my account without my authorization from a company called Payjustnow , I don't have any account with is company , I have never bought or taken out anything in my name from them , and Now I have been billed R3092 cause someone used my card details, This is pathetic service I must say that our banks can't protect us from these things , Ive contacted the company myself and they have no account with me just that someone used my card details the first time they bought or registered , God knows what and they now decided to deduct my card cause that person put my card details on their profile. This company clearly stated I dont have no account with them and I have no profile or connection with them but still Absa can't resolve this. Investigations are supposed to be done , how can companies like this go into people accounts and take money from them while they dont have any contracts with them and I have never given them authorization to do so. I am very disappointed in Absa and i regret going back to this bank . FNB is the best and I know if ever have any issues I am taken first into consideration and always protected. I want my money reversed .

I dont know this company but they are doing *****, they took money out of my account. I have nothing with them or any contract. nothing at all . they just hack into people's account and do as they please. I have reported you to my bank for ***** and you will give me my money back. I want this matter to be taken further , hacking and taking money out of someone, account is crime . I have no dealings with you at all.
I have been emailing the with no response, asking for assistance with changing my child's subject since last year December and this again early. no one gets back to you.
My account apparently has been handed over to Real people that is in 2010 and I have been in contact with Capitec to advise them that the above company company details don't go through, you cant reach them at all and I need to pay that balance they say I'm owing as they say. This is since 2014 ive been trying to call and pay but no luck , How am I suppose to pay this account if the lawyers you referred the account to dont even exist .
I had a loan with Capfin 2012 and I paid it off the same year but because it was handed over for only 3 months because I could not pay it as I was not working cause I was retrenched at work . but as soon as I got UIF I paid it off and Now they are telling me I cant apply for a loan because of that . I mean its been 13 years . I mean so other times its not our fault we lose our jobs and we cant pay our bills but for Company to still keep your records as a bad payer even when account was paid off the same year is totally unfair. we are being judged even years later of how our financial situations were. Very disappointing I must say.
incompetent service / system and consultant has resulted in me having a bad name with a creditor . Im very angry and disappointed by the way FNB conducts themselves and the way they speak to their clients , when they are at fault they dont even apologies and resolve the issue instead they tell to send an email to the complaints department, they don't know how their systems work . i will never bank with FNB and dont recommend any one to use this bank . they take a months to come back to you even though they have turn around times of 48 to 72 business hours .
worse service i have ever received, been dealing with a debit order dispute query for 6 months with FNB , the service provider has given feedback but FNB is not concluding the case , debit order still shows pending awaiting FNB to close the dispute , the Bankers are useless , dont know what they are doing , dont know who to escalate the matter to and ive been asking them to get the manager to call for the past 2 weeks . there should be system and process to follow to assist with a query , this is very pathetic for a bank . i still have not received a call nor my query has been resolved .
unhappy client again . i applied for a loan last week already and haven't received no response ive sent numerous emails and chats no one responds . im so disgusted by the services that this company has , we dont apply for loans for fun .
