Imagine trying to send myself cash sends coz your bank is giving issues and the cash send messages are not going through. I sent myself 2 cash sends that I could actually withdraw but you charge me for every try R40, R40, theb R27, R27, R27... if this is how you operate, you can close this account asap. Thanks and goodbye

I phoned them to cancel my insurance. I told then I've already signed up with someone else due to their expensive premiums. The agent asked if I will give them another chance if the can give me a better premium. I AGREED. They sent me a schedule stating a better premium. About a week ago I rep**** on their email asking to put the new premium and cover in place for 1 May as im covered currently with another insurer and I reversed my premiums with old mutual. Just to find out today, they never cancelled my policy. And also did not reinstate in for 1st of May. If you offer help or trying to retain a client, at least keep you "potential" client in the loop. I want to know if the policy is now in place for 1 May with the lowered premiums, if not, cancel everything.

Oh Wow! MFC just goes into my account and take monies as they please and I have to pay the unpaid debit order fees! You will reimburse me my debit order fees and you will cancel my bank details from your system asap. I will go back to pay via eft to prevent MFC from trying to ***** my money!!! This is now the second time that ABSA is charging me for a non-existant unpaid debit order. R150 for absolutely no unpaid debit order! Dis ***** man!!! Stop doing this!! It's the 2nd time already! I want my R150 reversed asap!

ABSA why would you deduct R119 today??? And charge me R150 for an unpaid debit order straight after your R119 attempt? I have moved the inception date to 1 October successfully and then you go and deduct a R119 that I definitely did not authorize. You will reverse my R150 asap or I move my banking to another bank and cancel your insurance asap.
