Bad experience from ASI Property Management (Annandi & Natasha)
I am once again disappointed with the maintenance team (Annadi & Natasha ), ***,*** I have been complying with the Managing Agent, yet when no feedback whatsoever has been provided to me, my mould issue has not yet been resolved. This issue was logged a year ago Annandi and Natasha are aware of this in Jackal Creek Golf Estate; anyone who knows an organization to lay a complaint so this can be escalated. Please let me know if I may make my levies on time yet we get such disappointment from an Agency you trust with your property0 replies

Poor Service Delivery as Body corp
I am very disappointed in the level of service I received from ASI Property, especially the managing agent who managed the Precinct where I stay at in Jackal Creek Golf Estate in Pinehurs,t the lady that goes by the name: Natasha Idle and the rest of team keep disappointing me yet I am pay my levies upfront all the time when I need assistance I am never assisted I can even escalate this matter1 reply

Poor Service and Unfair treatment
I would state that I am not happy with the service that was provided to me by one of the legal counsel, her name is Elz-Mare Thiele - Legal Counsellor . The treatment I received was bad, I'm assuming maybe it was based on my race, cause this matter was not taken seriously. I am even thinking of cancelling my membership2 replies

andsdowne is one of my worst nightmares i have never been so disappointed by the agency regarding my issue in Jackal Creek i have an issue that hasn't been resolve for almost 2 months now but we pay them to resolve our issues they don't take health issues seriously. Double Debit Order Case
I have a Case with Telkom which was resolved by an Agent called Vuyiswa Mbele .Her email is ***, but my resolution wasn't resolved all supporting documents were provided this incident happened last week and i've been trying to communicate with the Billing Agent but no Feedback.
