Cybersmart often have things go wrong and it is often time consuminng and difficult to get through to tech support and get good answers. However, if you are ready for 24 hours of down time, then the value proposition is great, and mostly the service works.
Utterly childish people who get upset and throw their toys out of the pram and refuse to do business. I needed to buy a unit from them and when the arrangements werre unclear was then delayed. Subsequently they refused to seell a storage unit.
For nearly a year they have failed to respond to emails. They have said that my tracker needs to be replaced. So now they are billing me, but I don't know if the tracker is actually installed and working.
After years of Vodacom Prepay, I finally dared try an alternative. The switch was painless and the service far far better. Well done Melon and keep it up!
Two years ago, hosted properties provided an impeccable service, and I would have rated it the best agency I used worldwide. However, things began to slide noticeably, and now no problem ever gets resolved. On revenue potential I would likely give it 3 stars, but the endless stress of following up dozens of times to get small things addressed means that one should avoid this increasingly amateurish outfit.
I am surprised by the other reviews. Property Exponents seem both efficient and capable in my building (Fores**** Place). Of course it could be that it is a simple difference of building, but they certainly do not seem to deserve the negative reviews that I see here.
Openserve fail to respond to queries in meaningful or a timely fashion, which has made it impossible to switch ISPs. They could honestly not be a useless organisation.
I ordered a 4-in-1 space saving table, and it was delivered hassle free in half the time promised. It works exactly as described and it looks perfectly fine. Personally, I would have preferred to spend an extra 20% and get a slightly more luxury feel, but this is certainly a great option that stores neatly, and solves a problem I had over the last 3 years. It is also easy to move around despite being a large piece of furniture.
This is an update to my previous review... Makro delivered a broken washing machine. When I complained there was a ton of messages saying "working on it", but noone answered the phone and they only agreed to collect it when I physically drove to their warehouse and waited an hour. They did agree to send someone to collect, but there was no immediate reimbur*****t and I had to chase for that as well. In addition, a plumber for install cost R1000, which was never reimbursed. Also no real apology for time wasted, stress and money.
Products don't work, and the service line always has a reason why you are speaking to the wrong person, the right person will contact you back, and you should never expect the problem to be solved. Better to give your money, than waste it on these crooks. If the item you bought is heavy, like, a washing machine, you are going to have a huge broken object cluttering your flat. Horrible company.
