STAY AWAY FROM HOSTED / KP PROP
This review would be zero stars if possible. Stay far away from these *******. They change company names and clearly know how to play the game so it becomes impossible to get your money without hiring a lawyer. So happy to have ditched them, even though it came at the expense of losing income for one month. I believe other property owners are owed massive amounts for many months.

This review would be zero stars if possible. Stay far away from these *******. They change company names and clearly know how to play the game so it becomes impossible to get your money without hiring a lawyer. So happy to have ditched them, even though it came at the expense of losing income for one month. I believe other property owners are owed massive amounts for many months.

Dreadful service and doesn't pay out
My apartment is in a disgusting state after a so called deep clean, broken window, burn marks on furniture. The company owe me payment for books from 3 months ago. Avoid using them at all costs. Property looks like it was being used as a brothel

Dreadful service and doesn't pay out

Do not use Hosted Properties
I started with Hosted properties 2 years ago, the first few months started off well, but then I started to notice that they are adding fees to electricity recharges, which is not stated in the contract, their invoices are so badly formatted, and state “this is not a tax invoice”. I have since left Hosted and my final invoice is missing a guest that had stayed 6 nights, after asking for that to be amended, they have not responded.

Do not use Hosted Properties

Heading rapidly downhill
Two years ago, hosted properties provided an impeccable service, and I would have rated it the best agency I used worldwide. However, things began to slide noticeably, and now no problem ever gets resolved. On revenue potential I would likely give it 3 stars, but the endless stress of following up dozens of times to get small things addressed means that one should avoid this increasingly amateurish outfit.
