I recently joined Bonitas and cancelled my membership with Discovery
I recently joined Bonitas and cancelled my membership with Discovery. I have now been given a membership certificate stating i have a late joiner penalty and Tonsillitis as a pre existing condition with a 12 month waiting period. I have been with Discovery from 2021 with no penalty or medical conditions. I had only mentioned Tonsillitis as I visited the doc once last year and never been hospitalised in 38years so i do not need a higher plan which he wanted me to take on. Bonitas advised to mail the underwriter which done nothing so far apart from sending me the membership certificate 6 times

Bought a 8kg dog food, dog does not want to eat it
Bought a 8kg dog food, dog does not want to eat it. For many days he refused to eat until investigating i found out the dog food it hard as rocks and can only crush it by using a hammer. There is no valid webpage, number or email for this company even though its been sold in major retailers

Thieves with no Service values
Ordered on the 3rd of may 2020 order number DFD25289380. Money was deducted but no delivery or refund occurred. Today 6th May 2020 i have had money deducted and another order delivered without my consent Order number DFD25690281. I have not used the app nor confirmed the transaction via my bank. How is it that you hack my account and process orders?

Cancellation Success
I called with regards to a policy cancellation, I have received great service from the Consultant named M'du. he was very knowledgeable and made cancellation a good experience.
