Rahter stay away. Bad products and no exchange
Rather buy somewhere else. Bought a xbox controller on 20/12/2024 from Computer Mania Garden Route Mall for R1400 and within 2 months it doesnt work. Cannot exchange it as there is some long story about sending away to supplier, etc. Not good

Stay Clear - *****
Rather stay away from them. They DO NOT pay out in 24 hrs like advertised and very ***********. Also very ***** to have to approve a debicheck debit order before the loan is even approved. You also cannot take out a loan without a forced funeral plan.

When you change to another insurer from them, they will keep deducting money off your account. when you have to reverse it with your bank it not only costs you a fee but affects your credit rating negatively. Real shady company *****ing people's hard earned money.

Non connected devices in SA
Really, you keep selling a "connected devices Tv" in south africa without a client being able to communicate at all with any connected devices. Be weary of Samsung in South Africa. No food staying with samsung tvs and galaxy phones. It is just not connected.

Dishonest Company
They consistently ship the incorrect items. They display and charge you for the model you want and then send you something of less value. I bought a Samsùng Galaxy A23 LTE Dual sim, yet was sent the cheaper 5g single sim variant. But charged for the dual sim. This happens constantly. On top of that the model type they ship dont get software updates. Rather stay away from them and buy somewhere else

Cannot handle claims - Be careful
Rather stay away, as when it comes to claim time it is a nightmare. I have been waiting 3 weeks now for my phone repair. Imagine claiming for a car. I will have the fixed phone checked by a reputable assessor to ensure it is properly fixed, and I have moved insurers and got a much better price and cover. You are wasting your money if you go to or stay with them.

Very *********** company
I will suggest anyone stay clear of Debt Grip. They never answer their phones, and I have been struggling 3 months to get my name cleared after paying all my accounts. Just to find out they left some of the accounts off the clearing certificate. I am still waiting for the correct clearance certificate. You will waste your time and money with this company.

Absolute Incompetence
I have app**** for Vehicle Finance and a Credit Card. But due to Nedbank not removing the debt review flag from their systems, the applications got declined. And when you complain about this, they keep doing new applications instead of fixing their problem and reviewing the original application. They have taken my credit score from Very Good before the applications to poor, due to the many applications. All being rejected due to their incompetence. I worked very hard to get my credit score very good, just for them to take 6 years of hard work away. No vehicle finance, no credit card, a bad credit score and 6 years worth of hard work down the drain. You should be ashamed Nedbank, treating people like that. I cannot express the contempt I have for you. BEWARE PEOPLE, rather choose another bank.

Unsolicited Calls - Unlawful - Breach of Section 69 of Popia
You have to stop making unsolicited calls to people, it is against the law. I have repeatedly told the caller that they must take me off their contact list, but I keep getting calls. Stop making unsolicited calls or I will have to log a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa as it is a breach of the provisions of Section 69 of Popia
