IDIOTS DONT TRUST THEM.
So since last year ive been asking to clear my name. They ignored me. Ive been busy with them emails everyday, no the excuse is the system is offline. I didnt even apply for it. I asked questions about it. Proe please dont trust these guys. They put u under debt and then u can get ur name cleared. I want to buy a house but i cant all because of these idiots.

Bad Service
I recently used Debt Grip for debt review services, guided by the positive reviews I read on their site. Initially, they were helpful and kept me informed about everything I needed to know. I even read a report stating that they are ranked 10th among the best debt review companies. However, my experience took a turn when I settled all my debts that were listed by them. I sent my proof of paid-up letters on 28/10/2023 and 13/11/2023. Despite following up with emails on 27/11/2023, 12/05/2024, and 06/06/2024, requesting to be removed from debt review and asking about the process, I received no response. It seems that once my accounts were paid and they could no longer make money from me, they ignored my requests and left me to handle the rest on my own. This lack of response and support after settling my debts is disappointing. If I ever need debt review services again, I will not use Debt Grip. Lesson learned.

PLEASE RECONSIDER USING THEM!!!
Please do not make use of them, I lost my job, and were only to be able to pay a little amount in a month. They handed me over to the sharks without informing me. Now I require my clearance certificate, and they vanished in thin air, do not answer their phones, do not answer their mails, do not answer their WhatsApp., Please be vigilant, and do not use these people. They are not there to help you the client. Find out everything before you sign anything. I will inform as many people as I can to not use this company, it saddens me...

I will suggest anyone stay clear of Debt Grip. They never answer their phones, and I have been struggling 3 months to get my name cleared after paying all my accounts. Just to find out they left some of the accounts off the clearing certificate. I am still waiting for the correct clearance certificate. You will waste your time and money with this company.

Please do not use Debt Grip as a company they give themselves good reviews, and they do not answer your calls, or your mails, and they do not provide your clearance certificate, They went missing.

Please do not use Debt Grip! Absolute Pain
To who may read this. Please think twice before going to this company to have some financial relief. In fact they will only cause you more pain. I went onto debt review to have some breathing room each month....this was not the case when joining Debt Grip. They caused my accounts to go in arrears with more than R30000. My accounts was not in arrears at all before I decided to go onto debt review. heir service is terrible and your credit score will be worse when you join them because they always pay the creditors late. Absolutely terrible service and you can never get a hold of them.

Debt Grip , I would reconsider
They have handed me over to the lawyers, I have lost my Job , last year, and are still waiting on Uif to pay out. I have told them these things , but they as a debt company is suppose to protect you from the lawyers and sharks, I have bank statements to show I have made every month payment to which I can afford. Now that I am handed over, I have send them several mails to please inform me and communicate with me why I am handed over, because the creditors would have told them , because no one communicated with me anything not debt grip or the creditor. Now they do not answer their mails or phone when I phone. It saddens me. To be honest.

NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE
NO STARS TO BE HONEST. Worst experience with the ladies at this company, excuse after excuse. I told them when joining that I did some research but I wont believe everything I read on the internet as they had several bad review! BUT PLEASE PEOPLE I HAVE 1ST HAND EXPERIENCE THEY ARE TERRIBLE. So quick to set up debi check them almost no communication also they are extremely rude. One of the only positive comments they have on HeloPoeter was done by the actual debt consellor of their company so they cant be trusted. Their number does not work and then then they say its working I call and obviously as expected get no answer and they immediatley BLOCK me on whatsapp. I have asked them to cancel the debi check from their side and send proof and I have as expected received no response. Please do not use theese people, not sure how they sleep at night, worstcustomer experience ever. Not sure how they in business as they have no business values. I will continue my investigations and reviews until I get confirmation debi check is cancelled from their side.
