I am just from Pep Ndofaya Mall Meadowlands being so disappointed by the service received. I went there to exchange the shoes for a smaller size, I received this shoes from my daughter for a mother's day gift. The store senior refused to exchange the shoes...her exact words were with an attitude raising her nose "mama you wore this shoes and then and you realise they don't fit you, now your returning them". When I told her that I wore the shoes to fit them at home when I received them though courier since they were bought in Benoni hence when I realised their biggest cut, I took them to their store to ask for an exchange as it's the closest to me but she refused and said I must return them where they were bought the way they are in Benoni....So I live in Fleurhof, I must either travel to Benoni to return the shoes or courier the shoes to my daughter to return them to Pep in Benoni because she refused to exchange them. Can I get Pep's complains department email address /WhatsApp so that I can send the pictures and videos of the shoes she accused me of wearing them on the streets before returning them so that you can do thought observation
I returned the items to Cashbuild Meadowlands on the 26th April 2026, I was told by Prince that his system doesn't allow him to refund me since it's an online purchase he will escalate the matter to bookkeeper and come back to me. Little did I know that I will be send from one pillar to post to date will no one phoning nor processing my refund. I have to keep contacting them Meadowlands Cashbuild send to to communicate with online purchasing department and them referring back to Meadowlands Cashbuild, Now Prince excluded himself completely from this matter and not bothered whatsoever but her has the returned items with him.
Order #696050 Why do you always come up with excuses when you have to refund people??? Please supply me with proof of when we redeemed this voucher as per you respond. Obviously the restaurant should have the printed voucher, or pre-appointment email for them to prepare for us or the date we were there because it's quite shocking that when I cancel the vouched the voucher on your system on the 04 March 2026 it allowed me to since it was never used nor us been in that restaurant nor even know where it is.
I don't believe that Standard bank home assistant calls are recorded as they claim because their agents wouldn't be promising to contact the clients to phone them back after reporting a claim that a service provider failed to action...I reported a burst geyser on Saturday at 14h00 explained that the water is gashing out from the top roof tiles flooding in the yard even when I closed the main water supply and switched off geyser... # claim was registered # plumber phoned at 17h15 to tell me that he only received the claim at that time and his office is closed he can come tomorrow morning at 9h00am so the MUST KEEP FLOODING THE YARD FROM 14HOO TO THE FOLLOWING DAY # SUNDAY 10h00 the plumber hasn't arrived...I call him and GUESS WHAT " HE FORGOT ABOUT ME AND WILL NOT COME BECAUSE HE ALREADY AT ANOTHER CLIENT # WORSE SCENARIO...I phone standard bank at 10h30am to report this plumber asking them to appoint another plumber, your agent tells me NO HE WILL KEEP TRYING THIS PLUMBER THEN PHONE ME BACK ...GUESS WHAT " ITS NOW 14H00 NO CALL BACK FROM YOUR AGENT NOR PLUMBER # I phone again NOW FOR THE 3RD TIME ...GUESS WHAT ANOTHER AGENT PROMISING TO "APPOINT ANOTHER PLUMBER AND CALL ME BACK ...ITS NOW 20H05 your 3rd agent never phoned me nor appointed any plumber so SO MY GEYGER HAS BEEN GASHING WATER NOW FOR 24H00 "WHOSE GONNA PAY FOR MY WATER BILL??? #

I bought a voucher from hypeli 3 months back then after numerous weeks waiting to be refunded since iv cancelled the two vouchers and their support ignoring more than 20 emails eventually they refunded me with this INVALID VOUCHER CODE " LJTS020T and LCHC1M2S THAT I CANNOT USE ON THEIR WEBSITE. I made an order on the 04 May 2025 at night then on the 5th May at about 13h00 I then cancelled all orders on their system and when I didn't receive any cancellation confirmation through SMS nor email, I then send numerous emails everyday from the 5th to 8th then to my suprise courier arrive to deliver orders that I have cancelled before they were even processed nor handed over to courier. I send the courier back with that order without even taking it from their truck. Then Makro have an nerve to refund R15 instead of R646.00 for ORDER OD434322545453665100. When you order online, you receive a "thank you for shopping with us" when you cancel then you receive to emails nor SMS and also NO ONE RESPOND TO THEIR EMAILS...THEIR SUPPORT STAFF MUST BE SLEEPING 24 HOURS.

I send numerous emails to support but their being ignored... this is the 2nd time in two weeks that I bought data and it's not loaded on my phone immediately and I have to keep waisting my airtime phoning to enquire with support. I bought 2 items online on Saturday the 28th December 2024 at 20h00, I then cancelled with one of their chat agent on the 29th, of which he even phoned me to confirm my banking details for the refund. Then on the 30 December 2024 (2 days later ) I received an email informing me that my order has been collected by their courier for delivery. Immediately responded to the email telling them that I'm waiting for my items full refund including delivery fees since I cancelled the order before it was processed nor despatched. Then no one responded. Then I send another email on the 2nd January also to inform them that I'm waiting for my refund not any items to be delivered. There was no response. I got a shocking call from game support agent on the 3rd telling she's calling to confirm delivery for my items, when I told her I have cancelled this order 6 days ago, she tells me I must wait for the courier to deliver the items then return them and as soon as they receive them they will refund me excluding delivery fee. WHY SHOULD I WAIT FOR THE ITEMS THAT I HAVE CANCELLED BEFORE THEY WERE PROCESSED NOR SEND OUR FOR DELIVERY TO BE DELIVERED THEN SEND THEM BACK FOR A REFUND ??? WHY CAN'T GAME PHONE THEIR COURIER TO STOP DELIVERY SINCE THEY HAVE MESSED UP BY DISPATCHING ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. WHY SHOULD I BE PENELISED FOR THIER DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND INCOMPETENCE? WHY SHOULD I NOT BE REFUNDED MY DELIVERY FEE SINCE I CANCELLED BEFORE DELIVERY? WHY SHOULD I BE INCONVENIENCED TO WAIT FOR FOR WEEK TO BE REFUNDED? THIS IS NONSENSE SERVICE FROM GAME AND ITS STAFF.
What a disgraceful customer service received from Cash Converters Springs after buying online. I bought a 3L Deep Fryer and to my surprise Slow Cooker was delivered. I immediately send WhatsApp to their store, received an automated message that they usually respond within an hour🙄🙄🙄 after an hour I decided to phone the store, got hold of Brenda whom while explaining my complaint, she decided to speak to whoever there kept me on the line without saying anything untill I cut the call and phoned again. I got hold of Mathew and told him that Brenda answered my call the first time and chose to put it aside and had a conversation with whoever there...he then told me to drop the phone he would call me back since his running to Brenda upstairs to give her the phone. Brenda then answered my phone as if she doesn't know why I'm phoning...I explained that they delivered an incorrect item. She was so ***********, she told me that I should hold on she's so that she can check, guess what " how does Brenda check without my order number or name or address since she never bothered to asked me untill i asked her if she doesn't need my order number🙄🙄🙄 Brenda then told me that the wrong order will be collected on Tuesday the same-day as I complained at about 9h30 am to this day, there has not been anyone collecting the wrong item nor any of my WhatsApp messages being responded to since Tuesday nor Brenda phoning me to let me know why is the order not collected 😡😡😡😡
