I’m utterly disappointed with the service iv received and still receiving from Postnet Stanger and iv tried all means possible to get ahold or get any assistance for that matter.On Thursday the 21st last week I made finger prints in stanger and was advised to WhatsApp for feedback it will be forwarded,I was also asked to leave my number as it will be forwarded on it once received however I haven’t received any. Postnet has different categories for different pricing I now feel *****ed for paying for something to have it received within 24 hrs nd its past 48 hrs with no feed. What makes it worse after not receiving what I paid for,the WhatsApp support I was given has been dismal ignoring my text after showing it’s been read,the only text back I got was asking for my DOB after that whoever is behind the WhatsApp channel is doing a great job at tarnishing the image of Postnet,the least one could have done is to reply nor explain how do I pay for 24hr waiting period and still waiting over 48hrs,I’m really disappointed and frustrated by the service and mistreatment I’m currently receiving from them.I hate that it had to come to this and hopefully I can get a solution soon as I need the documents urgently please help
I am very shattered with the position I’m in with the process of loosing my home all through a debt consolidation. I write this email with faith and hope that I would hopefully get some assistance through the NCR regulators. A year a go I was in debt with my bond and two store accounts as I had lost my job then I thought of going under debt review especially for my bond purpose,I then went and did research on debt review company’s that might offer the assistance that I need for not my property to be seized I was then asked to do a review application to see if I qualify to be under debt review (of which that’s what I was told) after submitting the documents without the knowledge of that im now signing my self under debt review the then lady stated she’s gonna provide me feedback back if I do qualify (in my knowledge it’s still a check to see if I qualify not that I’m signing up for debt review as I wasted to hear what other companies might say as well) A day or two after the lady then called me and told me only the two companies that I owe only qualify but Nedbank (Homeloan) refused the debit review for whatever purpose at the time,I then advised the lady then please cancel the application as it might serve not much purpose as I can afford to pay off my store account my main priority was to not loose my home whilst looking for employment. At that time I wasn’t aware that she had already put me under debt review,after several months trying to pay of my accounts I got a check that Zero debt has put me under debt review as to where in my knowledge I was never told I’m signing up for debt review. I’m now trying to get help from other debt management companies to help me as I’m struggling to pay of my bond I’m unable to get help as they state I’m under debt review with Zero debt Please help I do not want to loose my home,Iv written dozens of emails to them and they claim they did not put me under debt review nor am I under debt review with them but every other company says I am it’s even visible on my credit report
I’m utterly disgusted with the service I just received at Debonairs Umhlanga Total Garage.A lady by the name of Jolene literally spat on my face and swore at me as a customer.I demand such individuals to be removed from the staff as they a result to tarnishing the Debonairs brand And the sad part about it she claimed to be the manager so I couldn’t really get anyone to file a complaint too.I got sworn and spat on in front of my wife and kids all for asking how is it possible that I wait over 25min for a real deal Pizza and her response to her defence was “if we can’t read the screen it’s not her problem” and that’s when everything started I then requested to cancel my Oder and she refused and said she won’t be doing so as my Oder is in the oven and I told at this point I don’t even trust the level of food url are providing due to yourself she then took money at the counter and threw it on my chest I swear I thought I was dreaming at the time or she was just bluntly being rasist cause her exact words where “you blacks think you own everything” and I didn’t understand what my race had to do with anything above the margin. She even told a blind man leaded by a helper to use the self service machine as customers it was quite sad to watch as the assistance tried explaining to her that she doesn’t know how to use it and to her defence she said it’s not her problem on the counter she only take cash orders they must get one of the customers to assist them. I have everything on record as well as her picture.As a customer who cares for the brands well being I urge to remove such individuals before they do something Debonairs as a brand can never take back.
I am utterly disgusted by the service I got from Zero Debt,they are a **** and working toward making sure that this company doesn’t **** anyone and inconvenience them from they normally life I am a very big victim of Zero debt,I was looking for a debt council to assist me especially with my Bond with Zero debt I’m in now even more **** then I could possibly ever imagined.I app**** and got a call from a Lady named Jaqueline if I’m not mistake which made it seem easy when she required my documents and claiming it would be of assistance she then went silent for 3 weeks straight that I had to call again to ask what happening she then went over to saying she forgot.my word how can you deliberately tell a client you forgot she then transferred me to another lady which she then claimed they currently waiting for my service provider to respond on some 17 form and I had asked her now that it took you guys a month just to put me under review and you claiming my bond provider has rep**** how am I then Gonna pay you R6500 while I’d also have to pay my bond R8000 I wouldn’t have can to Zero Debt if I could afford but now how am I now in a position to be paying to companies at the sametime she then went on to say she also doesn’t know but because the debit is already set on their side there’s nothing she can do,long story short it took them 3 months to get through to someone after sending dozens of WhatsApp messages and the 1st ku lady that stated I should forward my doc via WhatsApp she then ignored me for 2-3 months straight that I had to call the NCR to assist me and when I finally got ahold of someone they then tell me I’m already listed under debt review and can’t get out unless I pay them an X amount of money.I’m am doing everything in my power with my sister who’s an attorney to make sure this company doesn’t operate under the NCR as they **** and ***** people and leave them in more deep end then they have
Iv never been so disappointed and disgusted by the services iv received from scorpion Legal.i filed a case in Oct with regards to a property I purchased and nobody made any contact and everytime I'd call to check on the update the customer services would say they transferring me to the person in charge of my case N Radebe of which is one of the worst legal adviser they can ever have.i wanna terminate my contract with immediate effect cause after 3 months of no contact with them today they call me to say they can't help me because my case was never covered something they clearly forgot to mention when I was explaining my case to then so I'm very astonished and dissappointed cause now N Radebe of which was utterly rude says theres noting he can do other then close my file I'd advice and person who's looking for a legal cover not to join SCORPION LEGAL they a joke and money making scam that don't care about there customers. I repeat DO NOT JOIN SCORPION LEGAL PROTECTION
Bad Service Experince from CARTRACK ..I am very devastated with the services iv been receiving from car track all the run around calls and time consuming speaking to people that are utter rude "One of your consultants actually called me Dumb for not picking up my acc with my ID no or registration number as if it was my fault it's not picking up on the system,after two months of running around trying to get you guys to come and install a tracking device on my car then one of your guys just randomly called me,Very unproffesional as he didn't have any paper for me to sign as proof that he really did come or any inconvenience caused which made me wonder as well,as he also messed up my car with his boots full of mud as I asked him why would he do that his response was "it's his job" but to mess up my car with mud is still part of his job description?? then moving over the panic button is falling the day it was installed called back to get some assistance they said "we closed kindly call back on monday" did so and spoke to one lady that promised to call me back and never heard from her till to date,tried calling again and the phone was shut down on my ear twice which got me thinking is that the kinder service one gets or it's just my bad luck as it went of cartrack then goes on to debit two days after device being installed of which it opposite of what I requested for and when I call back to say the service I have is not what I applied for then lady went on to saying I must pay R350 to upgrade,how do I pay for something that wasn't my fault and for asking that question I was told "you must be Dum for not understanding" so to cut the long story short iv taken this up with my lawyers as it a conflict of interest I dread the day I made my 1st call to car track
