Car dealership ( Next drive Auto)
Please note that on 17/12/2025 I bought a car at NEXT DRIVE AUTO in Montana, I only drive less than 3 months the the car stuck and when I take the car back the Owner his name is Shaun Nel doesn't want to fix my car he says is my fault and according the law the warranty must be 6 months. I don't recommend anymore to go and buy the car there they don't have good service and they don't sell the good condition car. Can anyone advise me what must I do with this situation.

Please note on September i register with Cover and above finance, they said they help people about their debts. Then i registered with them they said it gonna take 6 weeks to help me, now every month they debit my money, no updates, no progress from them, they ignoring my calls, now i need i want my money back because they unable to help me and stop debit my money and i don't recommend people to register with them, is a ****. I need help to get my money back pls

Unfair decision
Here in South African if u don't have the money u can't win the case in CCMA even if ur case is unfair. I got unfair retrenchment because they outsource my work in India they said they cut the cost but am the only one got retrenchment. However, if they cut the cost they must retrench the whole team not only me. How can u take South Africa work and take it to another country and CCMA see that it fair. I lose the case because of that.

Good day Please note that clientele life is a **** people. I was investing with them. When I joined the consultant give me wrong information wanted me to join. They told me that the money u save is the money u going to get as it without charging because is ur savings u don't pay anymore and said I can claim my money anytime there is no charges. Now I claim my money because I am not working so my savings is R4000 they said they are going to pay me 2000 because I was not saving with them, how can u charge someone that is not saving anymore and when I got retrench I told them that I don't have income am not gonna continue with my savings so they charge me for that is that possible because I was saving for myself is not like I was owning them. So they deduct my 2000 for what for. Even now when u call u talking to different consultant and telling a difference information showing that is a ****, it seems like they are using **** strategy to show people's money. How can u charge someone not saving their own money. And they didn't tell me that if skip the month we gonna charge, they told me u can pay there way u like because is ur savings and is the money u are going to get now I claim story change. And when they call the said their call is recorded but when u claim they don't listen their records to hear the information they told us. Me I want my full money because they never told me that on savings there gonna be charges when u claim ur money back People u must know that clientele is telling us wrong information to get the customers. Clientele service is a ****.

Bad bad service I received from legalwise
Please note that I am member of legalwise pay 125 every month even if am not working. I have a CCMA case regarding unfair retrenchment. Legalwise rejected my case before I win or lose a case they say they can't proceed with my case because they see that am gonna lose my case and they send that rejection email yesterday and they told I must find my own lawyer out of my pocket if i proceed with my case and my date is on 11/09/2023, where am going to find my own lawyer and money with short notice since am not working, they didn't notify in time, am so disappointed and unhappy with their service but they say don't talk to me talk to my lawyer. Legalwise is a **** since i join 2012 I never win case with legalwise.

Bad company not following labour law
I have been working for Huawei technology under Adcorp blu agency for 8years. Then after all years they decide to take my work and gave it India people and retrench me because I am black person. However, I feel like this is unfair retrenchment because they take my job and gave it to someone and u said my position is redundant. It seems like Huawei technologies is above the law because they do things ******* and CCMA doesn't charged them. At Huawei technologies if ur boss hates u or if u fight for ur right they dismissed u meaning at Huawei we don't have a say. Huawei doesn't follow the labour law but CCMA doesn't do with our cases it always win. We really need help because China people they treat us bad in our own country and we worked for many years for contract no permanent position for South Africa.

Very, very poor service
I buy food at DOREGOS shell Interflight at transoranje Road at Pretoria west, their service is very poor, I asked water to wash my hand they told me that they give people water to wash hand if u want to wash the hand u must to the garage and wash hand in the toilet, I was so surprised, the rude lady who served me her name is Angelina.
