Bought a car at Tri Ric motors in Newlands JHB in the 2 weeks I bought the car I had severe Machanical problems .They sell broken cars with nice paint jobs beware . Dealership has their own laws and don't follow the South African Consumer protection Laws. Stay away and safe your pennies!!!

I took my car, 2012 TDI Amarok bakkie for a major service at R55 Bosch Car Service. The car came back with a major problem and it’s not picking up speed when driving.

Please note that on 17/12/2025 I bought a car at NEXT DRIVE AUTO in Montana, I only drive less than 3 months the the car stuck and when I take the car back the Owner his name is Shaun Nel doesn't want to fix my car he says is my fault and according the law the warranty must be 6 months. I don't recommend anymore to go and buy the car there they don't have good service and they don't sell the good condition car. Can anyone advise me what must I do with this situation.

Poor work service Bought an Omoda c5 on 1st April 2026 cash was told to add extra 10 000 if I want colour white I paid then on Thursday was told on the white cannot be found can I take black then they will cover to white I can decide if I want it covered on not according to Eugene the manager I asked if I don't want it to be covered what will hapen to my 10 000 Eugene said they will refund my 10 000 me the sales person Phakamani and Eugene the supervisor will take all extra cost and fees but now instead of refunding me the 10 000 they gave me 7000 saying 3000 it's for cost yet they said the cost will be on them . All I want is my 3000 because I paint for the color white which I didn't get so they must refund me my full amount .

I A G Nsele bought JAC T9 at Halfway Zululand Motors in Empangeni in April 2025 and iI started in May . In showed red light on screen and I repoted and they fixed. Next thing was a written on the screen that repoted and they fixed hat happened more than three times. I then brought for servise and I repoted that I suspect there is oil leak and then they checked and confirm there is oil leak from oil cooler. They suspected that , it was caused by a stone that went through the grill and heat the oil cooler. I wanted them to the oil cooler , they refused .The reason not to replace it , was that it was not a factory fault. Now I as a client I believe it is a fault because the stone went through the grill that was designed by them to protect the inner parts of the car like inter cooler, oil cooler and rediator from foreign objects like stone. May you please intervene to this issue.. The dealership told me that JAC SOUTH AFRICA Refused to replace the oil cooller and yet it is under warrant. Please please help.

Icar Gezina service is par. Brian is the salesman there , a very humble fellow, down to earth , knows what he is doing . I bought a car he helped me with everything I needed and even with my compliments he took them serious and solved them without any issues. Thank u for everything
