Poor work service Bought an Omoda c5 on 1st April 2026 cash was told to add extra 10 000 if I want colour white I paid then on Thursday was told on the white cannot be found can I take black then they will cover to white I can decide if I want it covered on not according to Eugene the manager I asked if I don't want it to be covered what will hapen to my 10 000 Eugene said they will refund my 10 000 me the sales person Phakamani and Eugene the supervisor will take all extra cost and fees but now instead of refunding me the 10 000 they gave me 7000 saying 3000 it's for cost yet they said the cost will be on them . All I want is my 3000 because I paint for the color white which I didn't get so they must refund me my full amount .
My mother bought refrigerator on 17.06.2019 at ok furnitures uitenhage on 1st week she notice its not working called ok they sent technicians to assess and they said it needs to be replaced but until to date my mother is stuck with fridge that os not walking have to buy daily no ppsitive response from ok my mother paid for the fridge but she does not have a working refrigerator ok not ensuring customer happiness or satisfaction.
