My father utilized the services of Pathcare while hospitalized . PathCare’s debt collection practices are extremely concerning. My father queried whether his account had been billed correctly to his medical aid and requested clarification before making payment. Instead of addressing the billing dispute, they flagged his account for handover to external debt collectors and warned of additional collection costs. No response whatsoever to the query, just pressure tactics. Customers deserve transparent billing and fair treatment, not threats while legitimate disputes remain unresolved.
So they have a 30% off 2 T-Shirts sale. I buy 4 and the discount doesn't reflect so I have a live chat with Samantha Cathryn B. Turns out you can only buy 2 at a discounted price, so I would have to make 2 purchases for 2 T-Shirts each and pay R60 postage for each order. The ad should say Buy 2 T-Shirts get 30% off, Buy 4 T-Shirts Get Nothing Off. Sorry, won't be supporting you guys anymore
Worst public relations company ever. Sent an email to Nando's via their website and after a few days still no reply. Incident at Nando's George, Kysna RD, 10/01/20 Dirve Thru. Placed my order and gave Tembisa my credit card. She instructed me to move to the 3rd window to pay and took my card with her. When I got to the 3rd window they had lost my credit card. I was on holiday at the time. Couldn't fill my car, pay for my accomodation. What a f* up! Cost me R145 to replace my card, not to mention what a massive inconvenience. Sorry, but your chicken just isn't worth it!
Wow, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’re dealing with a government department. Service is non-existent with this company. Sent them a total of 4 emails requesting a debit order on my account. All 4 emails go unanswered over a 2 week period. Sent the Director of the company, Wilco Du Toit an email informing him his staff aren’t doing their job. That email too goes unanswered. I guess you can’t blame the staff of National Real Estate for not doing their job when the Director himself can’t answer an email. Shocking!
It's seldom or never heard of receiving service excellence in this day and age, but Geewiz surprised and exceeded all expectations. Above the call of duty they even responded to my email on a Sunday evening. Email requests are replied to almost instantaneously (Tried this with several different employees) It's evident that this is a professionally run company with a top notch website and IT infrastructure to handle orders and any problems that may arise. Their delivery fee of R49 is also the cheapest I've come across and is truly overnight. The pictures of Geewiz on Google don't reflect them well at all, but my experience was totally different. Totally legit, highly efficient and professional. Faster, better service and more professional than Takealot......and I haven't had any problems with Takealot
<p>I purchased a laptop online. Puchase and delivery went ok, but do you think you can get a VAT invoice out of Makro? I've sent 2 emails and made 2 calls to their call centre. The VAT amounts to alomst R2000.</p> <p>This is the last time I will buy anthing from Makro</p>
