I bought a Townhouse and National Real estate was the bodycorporate. After nearly two years I sold my townhouse. To my surprise I got my last statement showing the double deductions made on my account. Firstly they never read my water meter and charged me more than I have ever used and it was the new owners responsibility to pay the water usage seperate from occupation rent having a-paid water meter. They then also added R100 for stationary used and R1400 for clearing out figures. This is not acceptable for me I am not stingy to pay the new owners water but making them aware that I have sold my property and that they must take in account that the new owner is responsible they now just take the funds like they please. The geyser also burst and I was never contacted but then they fix and send me documents from Hollard to complete. I am not at all comfortable how they choose to work and just spend my money.

Extremely poor service!!! I sent a proposal to William for a commercial space. He never responded to my message neither did he pick up my call. He's just not interested in assisting me. I am a potential tenant like any other person and don't understand why I should be treated unfairly.

NRE in Bloemfontein is incredibly frustrating, especially when renting at Qalo Village. I hardly know where to begin, but I have paid a significant amount to this agency, including their administrative fees, deposit, and costs associated with extending notices, etc. My notice ended on December 31, 2025. To this day, I am still waiting for my refund. What makes it worse is that I left the property in excellent condition, completed the exit inspection report with the caretaker, only to be informed that maintenance was performed on items that were not included in that report from the start of my lease until the day I vacated. The items they claim to have repaired were not mentioned in the outgoing inspection, and instead of receiving the money they owe me, I am forced to fight for it and told that I have no option but to accept it as is. This is ********. The worst part is that I am not the only one experiencing this; I certainly won't be the last. Last week, Lucky told me to wait seven days for my payment. Today marks the seventh day, and when I inquired, I was informed that the EFT is processed according to schedules, and mine has not yet been completed but will be prioritized. Despite this, I know it will not be the full amount owed to me due to unknown deductions that I cannot account for and should not have to. I am extremely dissatisfied and want my money without any unnecessary deductions.

Received a very bad experience with the agent , such a rude agent ever. How people should talk with clients/ customers should not be the same as how they talk to their puppies at home 😩😩 Ms Paula is the worst 👎🏽 bringing the image of company so low!

I hv been renting with National real estate for more than 20years and I had some up and down in paying rent but now I owe them this January and I received a letter yesterday that I must move out from the apartment today and there still holding my 2 month deposit

The worst experience ever, regarding buying a house from Carin Groblaar n agent from Apex real estate agent. Dear friends my name is Christine Gilbert, im a co owner off a NPO - a non proftable organation Sinzani Sociale Development that assting people in need. I appled for a house through this lady that made the arrangement with the owners that i will pay occupation rent for the time being while i wait for my finallation of my RAF money to be paid out. Because accourding to my lawers that it would have being 2 to 3 months. So accourding to that we made the nessesary arrangements and payments even on that stage the lawers from Van Rooyen were nice and asure me that i just have to contact them if there is going to be any changes or that it mite take a little bit longer.The first month no problem, because i receive money from my lawers im not always sure if it would be late or early. Because of that i said to the owner that i will see if i can't make a dubble dep for Oct and Nov uswell because i dont want her to wait. I did'nt say im going to i said i will see if i cant. Us our organation also helping people to get back on there feet i put in a couple with a son and daugther to stay there till the deal is finalized, a place they can call home. The firts month realizing that everthing were looking ok, till u want to bath no warm water, want to swich on the lights no lights. Asking about it i whas told they had the same problem then it works and then it doesnt. According to the owner its a new geyser that they installed, maybe its the thermostate or element ok R753.00 later its not that. R2000 Later to realise that who ever installed it installed it wrong and that its going to cost between 3500 and 4500 for the guy to turn it or to fixed it. Then i was ask to make the nessesary arrangement for them to be home for the COC people to come and test the electrisity and see what els is wrong to be fixed. U heard right to be fixed, so i whas under the impression that they are going to fix everything that needed to be fixed because i need that sertificate. Just to find out that they not there to fix anything but there to give a quotation, off everything that needed to be fixed. The hall house need to be rewire, the panels need to be changed and and, ok and when will that happen when the owner pay's it. Ok so i paid the second month occupation rent, remember thats alo the month i said i wanted to see if i cant give november month uswell. But unfortunate i could'nt, and this owner has being arrasing me since 5 'clock the sunday morning to make another dep. And because off i did'nt the next message state that she want that people out by tuesday because she is still the owner off the house, i told her sorry its not going to happen i just payed u for the month plus i payed a dep uswell. To make a long story short. I phoned the lawers to cancel the deal because ur taktic's are not going to work with by threating me that ur going to put that people out off the house so that i must pay, because unfortunate the organation have other responsibillity's uswell not just u. Now this is were the popo hits the fan when the agent comes in. I felt because this whas a matter between the owner and me that i whas still prepared to pay her her commistion because it had nothing to do with her, but whas i wrong. Im going to sue the living hell out off them, suddenly i receive a foto off me with a message that people need to be carefull of me because im a ****mer and a *****. Trashing my name by friends and family. And she cant believe its white people thats doing that ****ming people for free accomadation really. Now my queston would u have done the same if i would have being black would if u. According to u blacklisting me so that nobody must help me and everybody must no who i am. And according to u this whas'nt my first time apparently 3 or 4 time really. But im still the one walking, its'nt that u dont no were i live is it. Who de hell carin give u the right to threaten people that they will lose there vendors or lisenses if i came to there place because im the biggest ***** that u no. Im sorry u don't aprove off my reaction to ur action, because not u or ur scare tactix are going to work. Arrasing the people i thought i did good, switching off the electrisity while u gave them 7 day's. I hope before god that u have anough money to pay for the womens medication that comes from the cape that needs to be in a fridge. But u slander my name with no proof, hurting my credability. Its a week now and my lawer is still waiting for the contrac why is that. When im done with u all for the pain and suffering u put that people throug and a daughter that are righting exsames, the only thing that u will be selling if ur lucky would be a 6 x 9 jail sell. U could have gone on with ur sherade off threating people and nobody would have notice it if u could have just given me time to look for them another place, but no u had to go and blacklist me. Because my lawer are going to request all files or documentation regarding that property because u are not going to tell me that i whas the.only one intrestate in it. Its easyear to scare someone to pay the commition of 50thou than it is to scare them to pay 650thou is'nt it. I want that womens lissen, she think she can say what ever she wants, abusing her athourity because she's a agent without proof accusing u off being something ur not, while ur organatation stands for helping people. So please people do not be intrestade in property 57 Elg Boulevart odendaalsrus, because if its not the owner who arrase u for more money its the agend trashing ur name. SO DUE TO THE FACT THAT U BLACKLIST ME, U WILL MAKE SURE THAT THAT PEOPLE GET A PLACE TO STAY THAT U WILL PAY FOR.
