Poor service & communication skill is a problem
Management should do something better, there’s always a hiccup some sort 🤦🏾♀️ I have never experienced a smooth professional service. My BP always goes high when I visit the dealer, communication is still a major problem I tell you 😩 the one star they deserve because there’s always one consultant Trish, that always jump in to clear the mess 🥴 other than that I’m thinking of moving to Hyundai I hear their services are very generous….0 replies

Rude agents
Received a very bad experience with the agent , such a rude agent ever. How people should talk with clients/ customers should not be the same as how they talk to their puppies at home 😩😩 Ms Paula is the worst 👎🏽 bringing the image of company so low!0 replies

Bad customer service and poor pizza served
If it’s panarotis @ Gold Reef City customer service lacks … even the manager lacks skills to address concerns, I’m so disappointed aiy even my 2 year old shakes his head and opted for competitors food … I can’t believe he discarded his favourite meal because of the pizza we we’re served with after waiting for it for 40 minutes.🤢🤢 I’m so disappointed!!0 replies

It doesn’t surprise when you get here on hello Peter and see these ratings, such a bad customer service at Romans Pizza Boksbug Dubai centre, such a disgrace …. When I try to even alert them about their bad conduct , the audacity of them ganging up on me … I’m never setting my foot there !!!!!1 reply

Poor, unprofessional service
Total energies Boksburg, opposite east rand mall…. What a poor and unprofessional service received, no empathy what so ever when talking to customers. They should do better because they now bringing the entire total energies down. Even the manager it’s of the same calibre with the car washers there, what a disgrace to the brand.0 replies

I am lost of words, the improper and unprofessional service I got today is unmatched. The first thing I had to check was the hello Peter reviews and it is never surprising to note such bad reviews, the organization need to work better. its so funny that when they recruit us to join and take the product they are so down to earth and friendly but when its their turn to take responsibilities they turn monsters and always post us from pilar to poster. i had recruited my family members for this product and I'm cancelling as well as recruiting them again to cancel because i don't want them to go through what i went through today. what a disgrace from such a reputable group. i cant believe i spoke to 7 consultants with no prospect or just trying to resolve my problem with them.1 reply
