I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the dealership - particularly Rochelle Pretorius ( Ford Service Consultant) for her exceptional service. A few individuals in ANY service offering field can learn a thing or two from this lady. I service both my Ford products with Eagle Ford, and I prefer her to assist me because I know I will get the BEST service above and beyond - at a discounted price, nothing Ford Motor Company South Africa (FMCSA even offers their patriots. Lately, she helped me sort my truck seat valance through the dealership gratuity while FMCSA kept on giving me run arounds because my warranty expired couple of months back. Rochelle took it upon herself to put customer value and service over the money the dealership was supposed to make profit, resolving my issue. Kudos to Rochelle and will continue servicing my cars through her.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Sony World SA - SMD Technologies. Karla Hindle, Graham Lebese, SMD Package Warehouse Teams and the Courier Teams for delivering beyond my unrealistic expectations. I ordered a Sony Smart TV online on March 20th, 2026 in the morning and pleeded with the team to have the product at my house for my birthday March 21st, 2026. Graham had to run around acting as a shock absorber between myself and the warehouse packing teams to making my birthday wish come true - and indeed on Friday March 20th, 2026, 15h00 my TV was delivered to my home address. Now to me, that is a service "Beyond Excellence"👌👌👌.
The customer service from this branch is out of this world, ALWAYS friendly. Their meat ALWAYS fresh and hot. When you ask them for your preferred chicken pieces they help and give you exactly what you prefer to eat without telling you they can't like other KFC outlets. Because of their great service and quality fresh meat, I usually drive all the way from Sandton on a Saturday just to enjoy the service and quality fresh meat. Keep it up guys.
Hello Peter Thanks kindly for getting SSDA to finally send me my statements after years of request. I now know why they didn't want to send them from the onset as they've charged interest over 200% over the capital amount which is in contravention of the NCA's Induplum Rule. I have though responded to their email asking them to correct the interest charged inline with the NCA and haven't had a word nor acknowledgement of their receipt to my mail and next steps thereafter.
Hello Peter Bad service goes to SSDA, I've been requesting statements on my one MTN account I had while I was a student and every single time I ask for my statement they varnish and only contact me to demand payment.
I would like to review PnP/RCS Store Account, I applied for the account last week, I then followed up yesterday on the application, the consultant told me they have escalated to the relevant dept and they'll revert back to me before COB and guess what, they didn't come back to me. Today again I call and I get the same story, now I'm worried if this is the kind of relationship we'll have even after onboarding, I think I should take my business elsewhere immediately for it seems they don't want it.
A great service received from Rochelle, the service advisor, I had an emergency trip, my car needed service and I took it in without a prior booking, she helped me with a smile and didn't make me feel that I didn't make a prior booking.
My hiking crew visited Khumbagana Game Lodge on 19 Feb 2022, for a day hike and we received great service from one of their crew members, Armand, he was polite and patient throughout our visit thus we're even deciding to make this our new regular hiking place.
HelloPeter, I would like to express my disappointment on the service received from CoriCraft Cresta Mall, we placed an order last month and were promised that it would be delivered to our house by Nov 20th at the very latest, and I asked the lady(Neli) who was helping me if she was sure or if she's just pushing sale, she confirmed many times that she's dead sure that our order will be delivered as agreed. To our surprise, today we get a very cold email advising us the order will ONLY be finalized from the production line by Nov 25th, no apology to the inconvenience they have coat us whatsoever.
Guys, a great service that's not even worth the price they are charging, prices too low and Bheki still go extra mile by offering discounts. This guys straightened and resprayed my Focus ST Rims in gunmetal, geeez, my rims are hooooot like a heater guys.
