Horrible service
The customer care line is so horrible, you can’t even hear the people on the other side and they just hang up without any assistance or any attempt. I am disgusted.1 reply

Horrible Service
I downgraded to the Beame tracker however I am now being charged for the one I downgraded from and the Beame tracker. So I am paying for two tracking systems!! I have called for weeks and I have not been able to get through to anyone. I am absolutely appalled by this.2 replies
