Telkom support service is appalling! I have been trying to get hold of the technical support team to reconnect my internet after I made a late payment on 13/07/2020. A message told me that as soon as the payment is reflected I will be reconnected. Well I am still waiting. I eventually got hold of Nonhlanhla Dlamini yesterday who was very helpful and said the amount is reflected & I have to speak to the technical department to reconnect. She put me through & I held on for half an hour to to no avail. I have for the last 3 weeks tried the chat service to which no one replies. I eventually tried Facebook, which was suggested on the Telkom site, and still haven't had a reply. Nowhere can I find a direct line to the technical department.

Friendly, efficient staff, quick seamless delivery, the parcels are always so neatly packed, thank you for the personal touch, very professional. When a parcel arrives with the following words printed on the side of the parcel: "Your toys have arrived" I develop a childlike excitement knowing exactly where this parcel is from. To the entire staff, well done, keep up the excellent work and the standard you have set. Highly appreciated.
