Prescription letter
Good day, I'm looking for a prescription letter please. I have contacted finchoice in July 2025 they advised the account was sold to TCR/MBD capital data I have contacted them till date I have not received my prescription letter they don't answer emails they don't answer calls and I really just need this letter please can you assist me.

Epic fail on service delivery
No replies to emails you call and get told they see the date of when you started querying and will escalate it but still nothing gets done it's frustrating. Especially when you trying to get out of debt review. I need 3 prescription letters ASAP I've been trying almost 2months for this !

Customer service
I have been emailing and calling Wonga since October 2025 regarding prescription letters and have received no feedback since than. When it comes to customer service and feedbacks this is really a huge problem.

Customer Service is pathetic
On the 15th August I have requested letters from nimble till date I have not received it I follow up weekly get told it's been escalated but nothing happens. Service delivery is pathetic

Bad communication and takes money before verifying you.
Trying to get assistance is frustrating you can send email after email and get no response there is no proper communication and they take your money before verification processes mind you the verification process doesnt even work.. I want my money back.
