These guys are the worst, they are not able to process transfers from R10k and above without issues.If you want to send big monies use other alternatives.Angry to core due to their incompetence.Last time i received about R40k plus and requested money be transferred to my hellopaisa acc. And they refused to send proof of payment so that hellopaisa can authenticate the transaction.Recently i made a transaction of $1400 which i paid to mukuru from my hellopaisa acc. And after three days they still tell me they could not locate the money i sent them yet i places a reference number.which is also the order number when made the eft transfer.If you guys havr beef with your competitors leave us consumers out of it.The reason they gaining traction and people moving away from you guys is because of your incompetence.And also do me a favour and delwte me from your database no longer want to have chest pains because of you guys.Now i just paid double due to your incompetence.You are the worst is this game.And your competitors are the best.
Shout out to Jacob Chauke, manager at Builders Kempton park.The guys know, the true definition of customer service and customer satifaction.He greeted us on entry, and also assisted us personally with the builders card.Give that man a raise, a true leader indeed.Very cheerful with customers and his subordinates.

My account was hacked by someone impersonating him/herself as an agent from skrill using this number +44 1355 640010.But when I tried contacting skrill about the matter no one responded.Such a big company without a live chat or working contact numbers.People are being scammed putting your brand to shame due to your non-existant support desk. You just ignore.
Money took out from my account,after it was hacked.And skrill was unreachable.I tried contacting them through all relevant channels to no avail.Noone responded. I still have open cases on my application and numerous emails that I have sent them.I have learnt my lesson.Never ever will I deal with them from now going forward.And I urge most of you to avoid them. Their security is poor.
I ordered items online for COD and some items were removed from the order without notice, upon contacting them they said i had to pay via eft,for the removed items to reappear.On the delivery day the cancelled items were still not delivered, and they demanded i pay again cash ontop of the eft.To which i refused and they took the items back.Contacted them to ask for a refund and they running around in circles.
