First time on line order. Head office called within hours to confirm delivery 48 hours later. When I wanted to add something I went into another branch and between Strubens Valley and Randburg branches they sorted it all out and delivered both orders as promised- very impressed
You need patience and a smart phone to get food there. We left after 12 minutes sitting with no one coming to even get a drinks order. The menu is only available as a scan + download
Product was ok but Snatcher take a good few days before they get the order together, then their couriers argue for 2 days in a row, same argument, that my postal code is wrong. I mean really? I wonder if it is not just an excuse to delay delivery to suit themselves
They send you food that is off and 3 days later still have not replied to a complaint. We use their services because we do not want to visit their store so why should I have to go to the store to return food that is off?????
Great service took my iPhone in for a new battery. They had no stock but promised to call in a day or two when they arrived. On third day as promised the call came through and 20 minutes after arrival at the shop I was on my way job done
You cannot get customer service to answer their phone you hold on for 44 minutes 32 seconds and they cut you off. You then try their chat room And it can’t get your data, their sms message telling you how to cancel Content services and Game Mine leads you to dead end Vodacom are making a fortune from data usage they have got to be able to offer better service

I have complained about Makro and their poor performance in executing on line orders, so when much to my delight they perform credit must be given. My Bosch dish washing machine indicated what I thought was an error and stopped working. I called Makro who notified Bosch who in turn arranged for their repair agents in the area Linden Appliances to call. All oif this happened in 24 hours

My review 3 January and Makro Hello Peter Team's response 7 January refers So the Makro hello Peter Team suggested a response in 24-48 hours.......fortunately I did not expect anything from the so I am not disappointed. But makro did manage to prove just how much of a mess thay are in because despite cancelling the order on 3 January they have today, 14 January, delivered the parcel to the locker So clearly left hand does not talk to right hand and DSV does not get correspondence from Makro when items are cancelled. No wonder they are having to close down unprofitable businesses I still await with baited breath my refund, today is the 7th working day so tonight I should get my refund.......
