Poor - NO service. Horrific
I bought a defective massage chair. OverR10k No service. None. Will not return call or email I informed them the day the chair was received - they don’t care about customers Uzer has been the worst sales person I ever experienced

DHL poor service
Paid in advance 11 days ago for an urgent delivery - on day of delivery I’m told my proof of payment is no good . I send 4 more and am told to wait. Why was that additional info not requested earlier as it’s been 11 days since paid in full ? Delivery was supposed to be 2 days ago! Further I request pickup of my passport in CapeTown at the Consulate. I pay in advance and when asked for an update about 11 days later as passport was supposed to be ready within 7-10 days. DHL asks “ is it for a ‘new passport’ as that is what I told the consultant? “ No it wasn’t for a new passport- why was that info not ascertained on payment? Or prior to 11 days after notified of a pick up and delivery ? I hoop this complaint will help you change something in your business as I’m sure you do not want to continue to waste peoples time and energy, for your poor business practices.

Dump Pharmacy Direct
Terrible. Never get meds ontime never the right meds when I do I see billing statements regularly going to Bonitas Insurace yet have no idea what the statements are for. Appears like a lot of nonsense going on. Poor sad service less

Horrid Serviceless Aramex SA
Horrid. How a company can run a business without answering the phone. Several 10 min holds no answer. They called me 845 am August 19. With my package in hand. Now no word from them. Won’t answer my calls. It’s August 23 105 pm.
