Ignored by Greg Hodge at GMC
I contacted the business to ask about buying one of their portable air conditioners. Someone called Greg Hodge rep**** with abrupt questions. I answered his question and asked some of my own. He then simply ignored me, even though I resent the email. This is a very strange approach to customer service. GMC must be really busy if they can afford to simply ignore (irritating/inconvenient) customer emails.

GMC Airconditioning
GMC is a South African company with a brilliant after purchase service. I realy recommend their products. I have their Dehumidifier as well as their Air Purifier. My Dehumidifier had a problem. They fetched it at my home. Repair it and brought it back. Thank you Jacques and Vinolia.

Do not buy GMC
I purchased their free standing "Aircon". It looks very nice but it does not cool at all. I emailed them three times to say that it does not cool after I opened it in December and till now nobody even came back to me. They also advertise it as a "Aircon" which is false... my ceiling fan and standing fan cools more than it. Do not waste your time or money on GMC they are not interested in you as a client and to supply quality products.

Do not buy GMC

Poor quality product and service
I purchased a fan on the and it only worked 5 days. I logged a return on the website and it is now 3 weeks Noone has come to collect and refund my purchase. I will NEVER recommend any of their products as the after sale service is non existent
