Clarins went out of their way to provide samples for a prior on-line order. Exceptional service, great products and very client centric.
They did an Amazing job on my Porsche 911 - as good as new!
This service did not work - constant buffering even with a 100MBS connection. I asked for a refund three times and they just ignore you and suspend the service paid for. Terrible service and experience.
I tried this service and initially was very impressed at the vast selection of TV stations, movies, series, etc. Unfortunately, when I tried to watch a series, it was not workable. It kept buffering every 30 seconds or so! I contacted their support (WhatsApp) and they reset my access app three times. I checked my internet speed and there is no issue (100Mbps) and I stream Netflix, Prime, Apple with NO issue. They now do not reply to my messages. So, I requested a refund (as they advertised on the website). That request has been ignored. I would avoid this service as its unreliable and they have made false claims to me.
I UNFORTUNATELY have multiple products (life, disability, medical, etc.) products with Momentum. Trying to contact them to address issues across these products is not possible. There is NO SINGLE POINT OF contact. So, you have to contact different divisions for each product. Seriously inconvenient.
I am sick and tired of receiving "special offers" from PnP only to discover they don't have the product in stock - I believe it's just a marketing **** to give the illusion of good prices. Pathetic.
Incredible customer service! I had an issue with a product and it was resolved in record time - picked up/ delivered at no charge too. I highly recommend this company.
I signed up for life insurance, medical, disability with Momentum. Its now 2025 and I suddenly discover that I could have qualified for discounts since inception! Trying to figure out how to get discounts on their website appears to be intentionally confusing. I called a call center and was told that I need to complete a form to get the discount. It certainly appears that they make it as difficult as possible to qualify and certainly don't communicate about this effectively. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and I am looking at an alternative provider with some urgency.
<p>I called Samsung service line to report an error with my printer. They instructed me to take it to a service center. The service centre charged me then told me the Samsung ink cartridge was defective. They refused to repair/replace it! So I am out of pocket (per theirinstructions) AND my printer is not usable.</p>
A year ago I purchased a high performance car from then Viglietti Motors in Cape Town (now rebranded as Scuderia South Africa). I paid full price for a used sports car and was assured it was in \pristine condition". I was told a comprehensive 190 point service check had been conducted on the vehicle and everything was in order. The car was garaged and covered after I purchased it and I have driven less than 1000 KMs. I took the vehicle in for an annual service and Scuderia charged me over R20 000 to replace brake parts which they claim are worn/defective! I hardly used the car and clearly they either knew of the issue and decided to deliver the car to me with dangerous and defective brakes or they failed to deliver a car that was indeed \""pristine\"". <br> Upon questioning this they offered a 10% discount and refuse to take accountability for there blunder and have no regard for my position. """
