I would suggest that you buy from GMC aircon, they have an amazing after service and their staff is very helpful and they really sell an awesome product.
Rcs does not care about their clients, their clients are just a number in their face, we tried to phone for a settlement amount for a pensioner and they did not take that inconsideration, they are letting the pensioner pay the whole amount that is outstanding. There is no leniency or possibilities to help the pensioner. Please refer from taking out any account or credit with RCS
Please make use of a other medical scheme, these people are pilferers, they treat us human beings as AI bots on the WhatsApp line, because they do not employ or train their people properly. Then if you make a payment and made a mistake, they take off 2 payments, 1 for the old Bonitas plan that you were on, and the new Bonitas plan they placed you on, without your real consent. They have send mails to say that the plans will change, and if you do not respond to the mail ( that is a nor reply mail), they will automatically change your Bonitas plan for you. I hope many people wake up, and see what Bonitas is doing. I went to see a network Specialist and you pay the specialist, then you need to claim back from Bonitas, but because they changed your plan without your prior knowledge, they will not pay you back.
I started a contractual agreement with Webafrica on the 16 February 2024. Throughout these 2 years, I have experienced various problems with their services and connectivity, I have upped my internet speed line, to 200 up and 200 down, a month because of work. They have given me a router and I have been in a contractual agreement for 2 years, now that I have canceled their services, these new terms and conditions came out, that was revised. ( Free to use router, and needs to go back to them, delivered or couriered, and if you do not give back the router another R999, and then Termination Fee R999) after 2 years? Then I asked them please send me the agreement that I signed, they said it was done over the phone and I must go and read their terms and conditions on their website, I would say get more quotes, know what you take on. I have to say that there is really nice people on the helpline that assisted me, and I am thankful for that, but know what you sign up for.

I have been with FNB for many years, I was under debt rescue and luckely came off it, and then I app**** for a credit card, and the call centre agent said the folowing to me: we as the bank feel that you have not yet been rehabilitted from Debt rescue and it might take 5 years( these things they dont tell the people, that have been under debt rescue) , after I have been on debt rescue to be able to apply for a car loan, house loan, credit card for after 5 years. So, when does the bank feel something and dictate for you your life? I am in the process of closing all my accounts with them or downgrading. I have moved to another provider, that gave me a credit card, with benefits, Because that old credit card account is still under my accounts and I asked them to remove it, but again their systems is not updated, because they keep on referring me to the debt rescue department and I have been off debt rescue for almost 2years.
So last month December 2025, I paid my monthly contribution 2 days late and they did receive my payment. But this Month Bonitas took down within my bank account 2 monthly payments, with the increased new year tariff as well, and the increase is R309 for the current plan that I am on. So I send them a mail, and said make sure your accounts department, or AI department is knowing what they are doing because there might be a problem. I have ended my membership. People like me that only really use my medical aid when I need it, and I am not overindulging in that, must also pay the price for high tarriff hikes to have medical. I have been with them for over 2 years. Please question everthing they say and tell you, let them explain everything to you.
On the 25th of November my Insurance company send out this guy from Silvex appliances Repairs. Back Story: on the 20th of November we had a power surge and shortly after that, my Air Fryer broke. This guy came out and did a few tests, took pictures of my DB board and the appliance, and I told him we had a power surge he needs to add that on his report. So when the report reached my Insurance Company he only put on wear and tear, (Computer Box broke, blew) So my insurance company did not want to pay out because of his findings. That Air Fryer is 1.5 years old. So I saw similar reviews about this company and their people, on here and other social media, and google, I am not 100% that this guy part of that company, but if you want to know his name and his cell phone number, please mail me [email protected]. So I phoned then guy and ask him, why did you only put wear and tear on your finding report, he went quiet, no answer, that is very frustrating.

I have been with webafrica for over a year, and did not in the begining had a lot of problems, but lately, their whatsapp online services became very poor, you wait forever for someone to get back to you. Their fibre connection with openserve is very poor and drop many times unexpectedly during the day , and I work from home. I think it's time to move on, to a other provider.
