The site down half the time, on few occassions its working there are no appointments. Call center option 8 (to speak to a consultant) is dead. E-mail info to be advised a way forward... no reply after 2days as per their set turnaround time. I am due to travel 4 May but cannot make an appointment... "session expired" error everytime. Deleted cache, started sll the issue persists. No response e-mail.
LML4806 was my last module in 2025 June exams, which I failed and was not afforded an aegrotat so had to wait the whole semester before writing which was October 2025. I couldn't login to the invigilator app due to a "missing AIP token" & wrote to the lecturer of the module. Even now no one at UNISA Durban campus knows where to find this token. My marks are not released and I am sent from post to pillar i.e., exams and the lecture referred me to proctors proctoring but proctoring referred me back to the lecture. I could not be so ******** as to not abide to proctoring rules on my last module that I have been complying to in all my previous modules. It was neither negligence nor intention from my end that the invigilator app didn't allow me in. This invigilator app has problems and we don't get assisted even on WhatsApp number we have to send to. UNISA is very much aware of this but chooses not to create a policy for those who came across a problem. The student bears the brunt because one has to repeat a module. Student didn't understand the content of the course, they repeat a module. Student experienced problems with invigilator app, the repeat a module. Whether it's the UNISA's fault of the student's fault = student must pay and repeat a module. 45082294 requests marks be released
My Samsung Note 20 was worth R21 000 on acquisition with 256GB with a stylus pen, but was insured for R15 000 because that was the maximum insurance offered. On an understanding that my access will be higher as it was stated by the sales representive. Uponn a claim you now are telling me I must downgrade to stay within my insurance bracket. How was the phone insured outside its bracket? Within 3months of acquisition my Note 20 was heating up and had to refrigerate to cool it off then delete some of my galary. Now these new phone came with with advance features e.g., 200MP camera and other apps required to fit to moving times. Vodacom wants me to take a 128GB phone with no stylus pen to stay in a bracket that wasn't even mine. In saying, replacing a phone is not an upgrade, actions taken suggest replacing a phone is an automated downgrade. Why must I accept a position I was never in but place there because Vodasure has limited options on insurance ? Relief sort: 1TB phone with stylus pen or my money back please
This bank is ran by a kabal with gangster rules not FICA. Initially I didnt have a credit card so when I app**** for one my monthly fees 'bank charges' increased and December 2024 was paying R480 pm. In January, I closed my credit card account and cancelled my credit card. The monthly bank fee still remained the same to this date. Why is it that my bank charges didn't decrease when I closed my credit card account ? I want my money back for all these months. NEDBANK offers more benefits for less the bank charges on the similar account. This bank ****s me 😭😭😭😭😭 FICA please help!!
This is the 2nd time I complain about the same problem, when my stop order that I accepted a prompt to approve its deduction declines because of insufficient funds. I swipe my card and money is reserved. Later I buy something and again money is reserved. So FNB allows the all these transactions on reserved money but does not mention when the money is unreserved. Worse part is the app shows no transactions as to where the deposited monies disappears just so they would continue to charge a client: mentape - insufficient funds, store withdrawal: insufficient funds, interest on insufficient funds, online payment on insufficient funtlds which all are over R100. It gets even better when they charge interest on another interest, withdrawal charges, service fees....etc. Bathong this FNB is on bank charge rampage!! Please close my account, Nedbank offered me a better deal than this croocks scheme my current has going on!!
CF I RRN-SVGRJ-X469 I I bought a laptop in December 2023, school term started in March 2024. This laptop had battery issues and (thought it will be expensive but would not be a problem to fix). 2nd semester, some of the keyboard keys delayed responding & some were non-responsive at all. I wrote to Takealot & no reply. I had to connect an external keyboard to write my October exams & returned it as soon as exams were done. Want my full refund as I discovered someone already wrote a review about troublesome battery before my purchase. During Black Friday special, I bought a new laptop given I cannot go through the frustration again. Now Takealot claims the laptop is fixed & want to deliver it. My question to them is, seeing that they acted in mala fide the first time when selling me something they knew was faulty. How are they expecting me to take it back especially now that its out of warranty? They want to deliver it despite me telling them, I am not at my address and the matter is referred to Scorpion. Takealot continues to send me e-mails insisting on my physical address... someone please inform them "once the matter is referred to legal, Takealot cannot continue sending me e-mails about the same thing".
9 July 2024 - 26 July 2024 I was admitted at the hospital and I am on a hospital plan. 20 November 2024 got a message from the hospital informing me that Discovery did not pay for a Doctor who saw my on the day if the admission. Called Discovery to query but I didn't get any reply I could use.

In 2023 I didnt them online but later was told I didnt submit, however, after the booking was made with a SARS agent, SARS hands me over to lawyers with penalty already for no returns. What the hell??
I recently got a new card & registered it with my Garmin pay as I had done with the previous one. I used it 1st time yesterday at my local store to test if it works. Today, morning my card is blocked. What's suspicious about me using Garming pay?
CSOS-4942/KZN/23 As mentioned on my last review, we pay monies to CSOS so they can come to our aid when we have issues with Managing Agents of our building but a matter reported in 2023 has not been resolved. I would not be suprised if this CSOS does not exist or we pay them to do nothing. Where do I complain about CSOS? Still awating to read from them hence am back here.
