This place is awesome! They have a great vibe going, funky branding, and very tasty vegan junk food. Definitely worth checking out if you are vegan, or even if you aren't, but are curious about trying vegan food. The only downside is they are a little bit expensive, but still a good nice to have every now and then.
Had a wonderful experience selling my car to WeBuyCars. I dealt with Ignus Ekermans, and he was exceptionally professional, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. The whole process from getting an initial quote from them, to arranging an inspection, to selling the car went really quick, and was so simple and easy. I am very impressed with this service and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their car, and not wanting to go through the effort of selling it privately. Thank you Ignus, and thank you WeBuyCars for making this a positive experience!
Once again I would actually love to have the option of giving zero stars... or even a -5. This company is so scummy, they steal their customers' money for a router not returned, which was Vox's fault in the first place, then 6 months later they just bill us an extra R1210.00 for an unreturned router. We go through all the effort of getting the router from our previous home, and courier it to Vox at no cost to them, and now they are still not paying back the money. You have your router, give our money back!! This is literally theft, you are stealing money from your customers. We will definitely be leaving Vox as soon as we have found another provider. This company will not be receiving another cent from us, and I will make sure everyone knows what a terrible company they are.
I am a big fan of this company. If you have a profile with them they often send you promotions and codes for free delivery etc. They also have a lot of sales and discounts on different products throughout the year. Some of the items listed on there are a bit pricey but I don't necessarily think that's because of FTN. Also if you live in Cape Town you have the option to collect your goods from their store at the Waterfront, or from their warehouse which is quite a nice option. I've never had any problems ordering from them or getting my parcels delivered.
Never had a bad experience at any of the branches I've visited. The staff are always helpful and friendly, always letting you know about any specials or promotions they are running when you walk in, especially at the Canal Walk branch. Their prices are also very competitive and I often end up buying from them rather than other stores like Makro or BT Games because their prices are better.
Both Plant Cafe's are absolutely awesome! The view at the Camp's Bay branch is stunning. They have so may yummy options on their menu that it's always hard to choose. Also highly recommend their Kombucha on Tap, it is the best Kombucha I have had. The staff at Plant are also always friendly and very helpful. Their carrot cake is also a winner, I highly recommend it. Thanks for all the awesome food and vibes Plant Team!
This company is the absolute worst. We have already been billed for the line, but we still haven't had anyone come to our house to install the CPE box/network terminal. So we are paying for a service we cannot use. Furthermore we have been calling Vox for days and days on end, spending who knows how many hundreds of rands on airtime. This is ridiculous. How can a company like Vox claim to be "leading" in their field if they can't even deliver the basics like customer service and communication, nevermind the actual installation. I am horrified to know what that means for the companies that aren't "leading" in their field. They are more than eager, in fact they will nag you and bother you at all hours of the day to get you to sign up, but then as soon as you've signed the contract and they can start billing you, you won't hear from them again. I have never experienced worse customer service than with Vox. Don't support them, they will steal your money and give you nothing in return.
0/10... MTN is the most useless company when it comes to customer service. I have been trying to cancel my contract with them for months now with no success. When I call their retentions department I never get through no matter how long I hold on the line. I have even waited 30 minutes to try to get through with no success. When I send mails to the email address provided I never get a response. And if you go to the store they pull up their shoulders and tell me they can't cancel my contract, I have to speak to the retentions department. Sick and tired of struggling with incompetence.
I give them a solid 0/10. We got a month-to-month contract with them in June 2020. When we went onto the portal to cancel the contract now, due to us moving, there was a fee on our account for installation, which we never needed because when we moved in there was already a fiber connection installed. Upon phoning them to find out why this fee is on our account, they told us that it is because we are wanting to cancel our MONTH-TO-MONTH contract before the 12 month period... therefor they charge a cancellation fee. Once again, this was never ever mentioned to us when signing up with Vox, and it is also not stated anywhere in our contract with them. They also just pull up their shoulders when we explained this to them. I will never recommend Vox to anyone, they are a bunch of unethical people who steal money.
I would have given them a 0 but that is not an option. Coricraft East Rand has definitely not been a pleasant experience at all. First when we ordered our couches and coffee table they said it would be 6-8 weeks. Then lockdown happened and we were left in the dark, as all their stores closed and they didn't bother letting customers know anything. Then when their stores reopened at the beginning of level 3, we phoned them to hear what was happening. We were then told the estimated delivery time would be between 10 - 12 weeks. We were very understanding about this since nobody expected the situation with Covid 19. We phoned again after 2 or 3 weeks just to get an update, when the guy told us expected delivery for our order is the last week in June. We then phoned in the last week of June to find out if they have an exact date for us. Then the guy told us no, they won't be delivering in the last week of June, expected completion is the last week of June, so we can expect delivery the first week of July. When that didn't happen we went into the shop and they told us that the reason they haven't delivered yet is because the coffee table we had ordered in March, was discontinued and they have no more stock. Nobody phoned to let us know, we had to go to the shop and ask questions for them to figure this out. The lady then said we could take the one on display in the shop, but didn't even bother to offer us a discount since it has been standing in their shops for months on display. They also told us that if we want to take that one, we will have to transport it ourselves, or pay oor delivery twice, seeing as the couches are coming from the warehouse and the coffee table is at the store. We ended up taking it in our car. They then told us that our couches will be delivered this Saturday (today, 18 July), two weeks after the initial promised delivery date. We received an email yesterday confirming delivery between 12 and 2 today. It is now 17:00 and we still don't have our couches. The worst part is that nobody apologized for the inconvenience, nobody decided to follow up with us at any point, we had to do all the phoning and driving to the store to sort all of this out. I am very disappointed in Coricraft as I thought they had a good reputation, and therefore would have good customer service, but that simply is not the case. I definitely won't be supporting or recommending Coricraft to anyone I know anytime soon. Cannot believe the poor service we received from such an expensive brand.
